It's...Kwik Trip. They have gas. They have beer. They have mildly overpriced food (a trade-off for the convenient parking). If you're here for fine dining, please seek help. You are clearly unwell and deserving of medications. You go in, you get whatever they got that looks appealing, you throw it on the counter. The cashier scans it. You pay for it. You leave. Hopefully with a minimum of fuss, line waiting, and conversation. We all know the drill by now. It is what it is. If you're giving it less than five stars for being anything other that what it is, that's a you-problem, because this is just what Kwik Trip does. Doesn't matter which one you go to. They're all the same. --However, when you find one of their frosted Persian doughnuts, and some kind soul has over-frosted that beast--there may not be anything finer on this planet. I am trying to avoid sugar as best I can, but if I see one of those Persians, and it's HEAPED with frosting, I will always, ALWAYS buy it. Those are my true Kwik Trip weakness. This is my go-to kwik trip, and gas station in general, as it's only a block from my house. The pumps can get pretty busy around 5-7pm when people are coming home from work. The car wash is also pretty backed up during lunch hours and later at night. The connivence store inside is always fully stocked and their hot items are cheap and pretty good. There's a krispy kreme self-serve station is always stoked in the morning but later at night it is kind of hit or miss on what kinds they have. They always have deals toward the end of the night of packs of donuts that are close to expiring! read more

It's a convenient location for me. The store is always clean and the staff is always nice. Love the no fee ATM. Some of their prices on things are really good and some are a little high, but you pay for the convenience of not having to make a second stop anywhere else. read more

Hi I came in on Sunday there was a problem with gas pump when I went in to report. Shelly the cashier was really rude and didn't even try to figure out what my issue was and just told me she couldn't help me I had to wait the the other cashier came back after 7mins at the pump waiting to get the pump to work I just left the store. Shelly didn't apologize nor even seem like she had any interest and helping in this situation. read more

Probably the most overlooked spot for hot food at lunchtime. Kwik trips all over the area have been taking a big bite out of the fast food chains and with good reason. They have a condiments bar where you can make any item any way you want and typical sandwiches hot and cold, fresh fruit and salads and take out bakery and gourmet coffee along with a better than average convenience store and gas station. BUT the day manager at this location should be fired because I stop here at least once sometimes twice a week for lunch and without fail they have a girl refilling the condiments area AT LUNCHTIME EVERY DAY. This should be done BEFORE the lunch rush and she and other staff need to be off the sales floor on a different task so I knocked of a star for this and should have knocked off two as this is a no-brainer. You simply don't have people stocking and refilling during a predictable rush period unless you are sold out of something. She is usually just refilling ketchup, mustard and mayo packets which they have fresh in self-pours anyway so this is a unnecessary waste of productivity and time and costs them customers every day. This and pricing is the only reason I don't go there more often. This place gets very busy at lunchtime and so does any Kwik Trip I have ever seen but managers need to have their service points ready before lunchtime and other rush periods as some other kwik trips have this problem in the morning rush in the bakery area, and staff should be at cash registers and not in the way on the floor at the initial start of the rush as this will and does stop patrons from buying or looking and sometimes coming back for a return trip. I am not going to rub elbows with staff members if I am shopping for something in a hurry, I will go buy something elsewhere in the store. Lately they have been raising prices on things and I cant afford them more than once a week and I never buy gas there as there is always someplace cheaper but this is still one of the best kept secrets at lunchtime and as chains go the Kwik trips do a good job of maintaining their brand consistency. If you want hot food done your way with fresh condiments and anything else you could want this is one of the best and most overlooked choices and a very good choice when traveling as they are a bit high on some things but not as bad as the national chains near an expressway. read more
