The gas pumps here are fine. They are typical, average, covered pumps. This place also offers a vacuum station with an air pump, like many gas stations tend to. I have always gone to Kwik Trip when I need air in my tires. Over the Winter, I seem to be topping off my tires all the time. A few weeks ago my low tire pressure light popped on so I headed over to KT. There was a line so long it was basically wrapped around to the Erin's parking lot. Yeah, not happening. As I was heading out I noticed BP and thought I would swing through there. Not only was there no line, but they have the same type of electronic pump as KT, and it seemed to work better! It was way faster! (And also free!) Now it's the only pump I'll use. The inside of the store features a small convenience store area (really, the offerings are limited by comparison to most gas stations). There is, however, a Subway sub shop! So you can swing in and get gas and lunch all at once. I know you can do this at most gas stations, but there is just something about having your sammie fresh made instead of choosing it out of the cold food section.

The space was small with two stalls, and the changing table was set up outside of the handicap stall in the main area. This was especially problematic because if I put down the table, it blocked the door to the handicap stall ( blocking others from using/leaving it). As a first time mom, I was flustered and disappointed. It was better to change my child's diaper in the car. TLDR: bathrooms are not designed with families in mind.

You are clearly unwell and deserving of medications. You go in, you get whatever they got that looks appealing, you throw it on the counter. The cashier scans it. You pay for it. You leave. Hopefully with a minimum of fuss, line waiting, and conversation. We all know the drill by now. It is what it is. If you're giving it less than five stars for being anything other that what it is, that's a you-problem, because this is just what Kwik Trip does. Doesn't matter which one you go to. They're all the same. --However, when you find one of their frosted Persian doughnuts, and some kind soul has over-frosted that beast--there may not be anything finer on this planet. I am trying to avoid sugar as best I can, but if I see one of those Persians, and it's HEAPED with frosting, I will always, ALWAYS buy it. Those are my true Kwik Trip weakness. The car wash is also pretty backed up during lunch hours and later at night. The connivence store inside is always fully stocked and their hot items are cheap and pretty good. There's a krispy kreme self-serve station is always stoked in the morning but later at night it is kind of hit or miss on what kinds they have. They always have deals toward the end of the night of packs of donuts that are close to expiring!

I am constantly getting notifications I have scripts ready to pickup. I call, I tell them I did not request or need a refill at the time and won't be able to pick it up at the requested time and my account should say no refill unless requested. Every time they say there is no notes on the account - well someone is lying to me or these people are just incompetent. One recent incident, I received a text asking if they should refill a certain script, my response was no, I received a response that the script will not be filled at that time, 2 days later I received a text that it was ready for pickup!?? My money and my time is worth much more than the service I get from CVS!

They do not keep enough on hand and have to order it when your prescription is supposed to be filled. I was told "the system " would adjust for this and that would have my meds on hand after a couple of months. This has not come true. From my experience over the last four months this causes a 4-6 day lag in the prescription being filled. Leaving me to that long without anything to manage pain. I will be taking my business somewhere that can do the job on time.
