But their pharmacy system leaves a lot to be desired. I've experienced mix ups on my prescriptions, long delays at the drive through and on the phone. One call I waited for twenty minutes on hold only to have the call dropped. I had to call back in and then wait another twenty minutes. The staff has been friendly and appears patient but from my experience they appear understaffed. At my old pharmacy I could speak with someone fairly quickly and my issues were always quickly understood and resolved. So I know it can be done but apparently Walgreens management doesn't know how to manage their customer service system very well. They need to improve their phone system and wait time. The staff has given me conflicting information and I have had to be assertive to get my prescriptions listed correctly. I still don't know if they have it right yet. I will see at the next refill.

Solid drink selection, however prices were a bit higher than I imagined and no offerings of drink or snack specials like 2/$5, etc...it didn't stop me from buying what I need, but was a bummer. I get there's a lot of rude people but few of the times I realized it wasn't the guest it was the lady at the register. Short glasses brunette with sort of a lazy eyes. Seems nice at first but when I saw this certainly a little disabled heavy set woman complain that there was no syrup in the soda and she said if someone could come help her. The lady "manager" said she'd call someone, the disabled woman said she's been standing in line (and yes this cashier manager lady was super slow. Talking a lot and telling people things about kwik trip policy that nobody cares about. What we wanna do is pay and go. So she begins to explain the policy as to why she can't leave the register and get her ice cream the disabled lady is told she has to wait for the line to die down or another employee to come. Which took another whole 5 minutes. People are yelling at the poor woman cause she won't hurry up (the disabled lady) and even call her a B word all simply because of the lack of professionalism and customer services this employee gave. I was late to my class and wasn't able to take my exam and now have to make up for all that because of a silly attendant in Kwik Trip. I guess is happens but 3X by the same person. A bottle of soda is like $1.75, which, by my Chicago standards is pretty normal. Water is also priced normal. I've never had bad service. I walk up to the counter with my merchandise, pay, get change and leave. What I like best is the map and store rules. I am actually a fan of maps. I think our spatial capabilities suffer just a little bit every time we use google maps to tell us how to navigate while never actually looking at the map and where we are going. In any case, the fine cartography makes navigating 1,000 sq feet much easier. Plus if I were at all uncertain about opinionated whining or paying in large sums of change, I could easily look at the back of the map and realize that these things are not acceptable by the Clerk.
