This week, I had a refill that ran into an "error" and someone at the pharmacy fixed it and had the refill ready in under and hour. Great! Also, we had our passport photos taken here and they were printed right away. It was really fast and easy and the employee who took our pictures was fun to talk to.

They even had fresh flowers! I heard that KT were expanding their offerings, so it was cool to finally see on my latest visit to the area. I popped in for a few drinks and snacks and got just that. Solid drink selection, however prices were a bit higher than I imagined and no offerings of drink or snack specials like 2/$5, etc...it didn't stop me from buying what I need, but was a bummer. The store interior was a bit dated, but it was well kept and clean. Service was friendly and helpful at the register. I get there's a lot of rude people but few of the times I realized it wasn't the guest it was the lady at the register. Short glasses brunette with sort of a lazy eyes. Seems nice at first but when I saw this certainly a little disabled heavy set woman complain that there was no syrup in the soda and she said if someone could come help her. The lady "manager" said she'd call someone, the disabled woman said she's been standing in line (and yes this cashier manager lady was super slow. Talking a lot and telling people things about kwik trip policy that nobody cares about. What we wanna do is pay and go. So she begins to explain the policy as to why she can't leave the register and get her ice cream the disabled lady is told she has to wait for the line to die down or another employee to come. Which took another whole 5 minutes. People are yelling at the poor woman cause she won't hurry up (the disabled lady) and even call her a B word all simply because of the lack of professionalism and customer services this employee gave. I was late to my class and wasn't able to take my exam and now have to make up for all that because of a silly attendant in Kwik Trip. I guess is happens but 3X by the same person. A bottle of soda is like $1.75, which, by my Chicago standards is pretty normal. Water is also priced normal. I've never had bad service. I walk up to the counter with my merchandise, pay, get change and leave. What I like best is the map and store rules. I am actually a fan of maps. I think our spatial capabilities suffer just a little bit every time we use google maps to tell us how to navigate while never actually looking at the map and where we are going. In any case, the fine cartography makes navigating 1,000 sq feet much easier. Plus if I were at all uncertain about opinionated whining or paying in large sums of change, I could easily look at the back of the map and realize that these things are not acceptable by the Clerk.
