They offer each protein including soy and tofu. I worried for a scoop of rice and sweet potatoes but once you're familiar with what you can have and the number of ounces or portion size then you can eyeball and alter without hesitation. They deliver for $1 more but it's so worth it. You can order online, via phone as early as 7am. Closed on Sundays and everyone from Facebook to their website to their phone lines and behind the counter are service oriented and aim to please.
