I originally brought it to Nissan but they said I had to go to a body shop to have extensive work done - which I was dreading!! I called Dave's and they said to swing by. I stopped yesterday right before closing and Dave was incredible! He was quickly able to troubleshoot the problem and he saved me a major headache, lots of time and TONS of money. Dave was incredibly kind, thorough and went out of his way to fix the problem. Especially right now, we are all surrounded by stress and chaos - working with Dave restored my faith in humanity and that there are some really amazing people on this earth. I am so appreciative and thankful that I found this body shop - it is the only place I will go from now on!

I highly recommend Dave's Flemington as a first choice if you have damage done to your car.

The best way to describe the quality of their shop is by sharing the story of the last time we went in for service. I hit a big pothole and ended up denting the wheel on my car. Before taking the car in I was fearful that I would need an expensive repair. I took the car into their shop and was called a few hours later telling me that the dent has been fixed and the car drives great. Best part about this story is that the repair was under $40 total. Dargnt towing seemed like a reliable and solid company in the beginning. The owner came to tow one…read moreof our cars that was having air suspension issues. He was dispatched through Agero by our insurance company. I specifically noted on the Agero tow request, that the car would require a flat bed that could handle a vehicle low to the ground. This type of car can not be towed just from the front. The owner arrived with a pickup truck that had only the front tow bar. I voiced my concerns and he was fully aware of the type of car. He told me it would be fine with rear dollies. As he pulled out of our driveway, I heard a crack and saw a large piece of the lower plastic underbody panel protection fall off. I drove straight to our mechanic behind him, who also saw him pull in and watched him unload. Due to the vehicle being too low, the tow driver had to use wood blocks to prop the front up and even rocks get it off the tow bar. Brian, our driver, who happens to also own Dargnt, told me to send an estimate and it would be taken care of. He seemed like a stand up and forthright person. Since the day I sent the estimate he has disappeared for months. His chosen method of securing the car broke not only the front underbody panel, but also the mid underbody panel, both mud flaps and the side protection panels. We are now filing a complaint against Dargnt with both our insurance and Agero, as well as sending all pictures taken by both my mechanic and myself while the car was hooked up to his truck. If you are using this tow company through a third party beware! We had planned to use Dargnt after our first interaction to transport our other seasonal cars. We will never use this company again.

Let's be honest, if you need a towing service - you are in a bind! I was in that situation…read moreyesterday and let me be clear - this is in itself a very stressful experience. I had been out to Warren County and Hunterdon County and was heading back home (Somerset County). I was on Rt 31 to pickup Rt 78, and could not avoid a pothole. On top of a flat tire, the rim was bent! I have low profile tires and when I hit it, I knew I was in trouble. Drivers front, loud boom - just awful. Stayed off 78, and 31 took me to 22. It was late afternoon and I pulled into a service station who could not help me and suggested AAA. (I did not have it). BUT - I did decide to join AAA, bought the Plus, ($100) and called them. Unbeknownst to me, if you want to use AAA the same day, you have the pleasure of paying an additional $65 and $4 a mile! No Thank You. I called this service and initially, the gentleman on the phone said they did not have anyone available, and I explained that I really needed his help. He must have understood my pain because he said hold on, called a driver and told me it would be about an hour. The driver, Dave came and also gave me a ride home. The phone rang constantly with calls for service. These guys work and do not complain, they are courteous to people who are not courteous calling them! He also explained that my insurance (after asking who our carrier was) would cover the tow - and that I should reach out to the DOT for the repair. Excellent service, I would highly suggest calling these folks first if you are in need. You will not be disappointed and I cannot image what these negative reviews are about.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…read more The vehicles were delivered 2 days late costing me an extra $50 for the rental car. The vehicles were delivered to a parking lot around the corner from my house and were completely covered in road salt. The driver insisted that I sign a bill accepting the vehicles in good condition, although I pointed out that I could not fully assess the condition because of the salt. When I got my car home and washed it off, I found damage to the rear quarter and rear bumper. Alena refuses to accept responsibility for the damage because I signed the bill accepting the vehicles, despite the fact that I have "before and "after" photos proving the damage.
