I see the sign of the ship on 8 mile and figure they may have good pricing on a full synthetic oil change. Moe proceeds to guide me in the service center. I explain to him "hey it doesn't look like I'm straight" he insists it's fine just pull forward. He's like come forward come forward . I'm telling him are you sure I'm not straight. He's like yeah come forward, I then hears grinding noise, and I tell him "something is not right I hear something rubbing against my tire.". He insists everything is alright. I said no something is wrong I hear something scraping my tire. Then he goes ok then back up and start over, as if he's frustrated with me bc he's lacking competency of the situation. He never goes to check to see what is actually under my tire. I put the car reverse and immediately POP! deflation of the tire flat to the rim. Glad there was a camera To view it all. what's really pissing me off is I kept telling Moe there's something under my tire and he never walks to the rear to check to see what it is until the Tire pops. Then Rob comes from the other side of the shop reviews the damage and then removes the clearly already broken jagged metal piece which is evidence of the shops negligence and threw it away in the dumpster behind the shop . They then proceed to close the damn oil change shop after putting on my spare, and after conspiring with one another, tell me they have to close, they can't do anything further, they have talk to the owner to determine IF they'll take ANYTHING off the oil change and I can come back tomorrow morning. As if after my major inconvenience I should have to drive 20mins first thing in a Saturday morning and have to pay anything towards an oil change! technically they should have offered to replace with a new tire. Did I mention I traveled from Georgia? Yeah I just bought this car and OMG it came with new tires. Rob suggested I purchase a used tire to drive 843 miles back home, a single woman alone with a small child through the Appalachian mountains of Kentucky and Tennessee. The oh well lack of concern, was appallingly disgraceful. I'm livid as hell. And now on top of an oil change have to pay $200 for a replacement tire. 10/9/2021 update: spoke with the manager, Mike today who was pleasant and attentive. Informed me they would be willing to complete the oil change for free And replace the oil filter. No compensation was offered towards the $180 tire replacement I had done at Goodyear. But at least some atonement was made. totally different concern level from yesterday to today. At least I'm safe to travel. Praise Jesus for making a way.

It's located on east 8 mile and across the street from Aldi and the plaza that Kroger sits in. I'm always afraid I'm going to miss it but there's a huge sign before it, so you can know where to turn. It's also really small, but there's usually at least two guys working and they are always super, super sweet! I am the laziest person when it comes to things like going to the gym or getting my oil changed or anything like that, so the closer, the better and more likely that'll it get done. This place is less than 3 mins away from my house, so its perfectly located right next to me. It's kind of like a drive thru oil change (again, I am lazy and have no shame) so I don't even have to get out my car, you just have to drive over a hole where one of the mechanics goes down to empty your tray, but that's easier said than done. I freak out every time on the inside, hoping my car and myself don't go crashing down into it, but one of the super sweet mechanics will help guide you over it perfectly. AND, I was there for no longer than 15 mins! In and out service for real! I promise you I have never been happier about getting my oil changed hahaha :) They aren't crazy expensive either, which is always a win. 10s across the board, I don't have one bad thing to say about this place!
