This is good customer service and the service I have been used to for many years with University Car Wash. I will continue using this service on both of my trucks. I finally talked with a manager, John, and his customer service was as abysmal as their car cleaning abilities. He said the $25 car wash only allowed for up to five minutes of vacuuming, and thus, I received the appropriate level of cleaning I presented him with (very poor... I still had noticeable chunks of dirt in my cupholder, for example). He continued on to tell me that if I wanted my child's car seat vacuumed, even at a basic level, I needed to pay for the detail service. I will not be returning. I came back late afternoon and one of the mechanics explained that a plate covering up a reservoir in back underside of my SUV had become loose and was causing the rattling. The mechanic tightened up the screws and my car was fine. I was so relieved! Then, I realized, the mechanics here are HONEST! I stared at him for a few and he just smiled. I went on Christmas Eve for an oil change and the next day when I was on the highway every time I went over a bump I could hear a scraping sound. I drove to and from frisco with more and more damage being done each bump I went over. When I was able to look I could see the skid plate wasn't fastened to my car good enough after service. I went back the next day and told them about the issue. The same person from before ushered me into the shop. Tinkered for a good 10-15 minutes and said I was good to go. I trusted that they fixed what they messed up and drove off. I was headed out of town that day so needed my car drivable. I stopped to get gas and peered under my car-- their "fix" was using zip ties to fasten the plate to my car. I would have appreciated some ownership in their mistake and some honestly when they acted like they fixed the issue that THEY caused. Instead, they sent me off with me having to now go somewhere else to fix something they are responsible for. I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but after that experience I have to. This was an infuriating and disappointing experience. I understand that the mistake of the skid plate coming loose could have happened anywhere, but the way this was handled with no respect makes me regret ever giving this specific store my business in the first place. Customers did not pick up their mess. Floors were dirty with stains and supplies were left out. Manager was pretty nice but it was difficult to understand him and it was not because of a language barrier either? The actual tire service went from bad to worse. Arrived at my set appt the show room lights I assume were not working since it was completely dark. Gentleman came to my car grab the mileage and I told him I had a hub ring for my after market wheels. Sat down they pulled it, came back several mins later showing me my clean air filter asking if I wanted to replace it and some other things which I do no mind at all(will get back to that part at the end) in then maybe 30 mins in came to tell me they didn't have the tires. Went to verify then found out tires were ordered by not there. Then was told tpms sensor was broken.8 years in the tire industry I knew that was incorrect. Explained sensor could not be broken if the light is not flashing, it showing a solid light just mean low air pressure hence the flat. He tried to argue that it has to be the sensor rolling around in the tire and that the light was flashing. Had him take it off and the tire to prove to me it was broken. As I thought the object that punctured my tire was what was rolling around on the inside. Got it done by the new promise time. After inspection noticed spare was just thrown in the back and hub ring was never installed back on. Taking a closer look noticed tires were never balance even though it is part of the charges that are paid. After noticing that I had to verify and make sure there was no other mistakes by techs. Opened up my hood and noticed the air filter was not installed back correctly only held on by two laches out of the four. I will not be back for any further tire services, I will stick to discount tire.

Went today and asked for the Manager's Special, plus mats washed and back of SUV vacuumed. They were fairly busy and I had to wait quite a while in line. When I got the car back and started to drive off I noticed the mats had not been washed-which I paid extra for, there was debris under them, there were drips all down the rear window, the inside was haphazardly wiped down, and the back had not been vacuumed, which I also paid extra for. Upon first arrival I was asked if this was my first time in which I responded "yes" I was then directed to park my car and he would be with me in the office shortly. Upon walking in the office I waited for them to cash out a man I front of me. Once the man was done I walked up to the counter. I was completely ignored. No one said a single word to me as I waited to talk about prices and services. As I continue waiting they took something off my car and was telling me it would be an additional 40$ to replace it when I asked what my initial price was for the service. They told me the price and I politely said that it is out of my budget and I'll take my business elsewhere. The man proceeded to tell me they had already started the service and unless I paid they were going to hold my car hostage. When I communicated that no one prior spoken to me about the prices of services or anything at all besides asking me was it my first time and to meet them inside I was then directed to a manager. The manager tells me that they do not have to tell people the prices of services before actually servicing them; and that if I do not pay the amount in full they are keeping my car and after 3 days start charging a storage fee. So I called the police. The police tried to get them to lower the price or press charges/trespass me so I could just leave with my car but the owner didn't wanna do that due to the fact I wouldn't have to pay. The situation was resolved and a dispute was made. BUT DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are highway robbery!!
