I have gone to Red Carpet since 1993. A little pricey but they always did a good job. Over the last year or so they have gone downhill. Went today and asked for the Manager's Special, plus mats washed and back of SUV vacuumed. They were fairly busy and I had to wait quite a while in line. When I got the car back and started to drive off I noticed the mats had not been washed-which I paid extra for, there was debris under them, there were drips all down the rear window, the inside was haphazardly wiped down, and the back had not been vacuumed, which I also paid extra for. I should have gone back and complained but I was short on time. The cost: $38.99. I will be looking for another place. read more

The team was amazing, and wiped my car down all the way to the back, and thoroughly vacuumed. The car looks brand new! I am very disappointed with the $32 car wash service. Mercedes was relatively clean when we arrived, and mostly just needed a quick vacuum and a wash. When we left and started looking at the job, it appeared that they did not vacuum the floors or the floor mats. One window had fingerprints on it and after the "wash" it was the same. On the passenger side there was some dirt on the door handle and that was also not cleaned. I paid $32.99 plus tip to ruin my afternoon when I could have just washed myself for $20. Also they did not tell me when my car was ready so I was there for one hour and half until I decided to ask. I've been a customer here for 15 years or more and always enjoyed the friendly service and quality. However, in the past year or so I've found the wait times increasingly long (even when it's not busy) and the actual quality of the wash decline. I went there to get my car washed and they are very friendly but Now that I'm looking closer they didn't even vacuum the passenger side of my car. I noticed some grass on the passenger side and when I walked around and lift up the mat there was all sorts of stuff underneath the mat that they did not vacuum. This was my very first time here. Looks like this place has been here a very long time. When we pulled up, I got in line, I was greeted immediately. They write on your drivers side window what your order is. Give them the keys and wait inside in the waiting area. Price is okay. You bring your receipt Inside the waiting area and pay there. The waiting area is really clean, the bathroom is really clean!! That was nice. I think the detail on the vacuuming could have been better, the inside could have been wiped down better as well. I'm just amazed at how bad this car was is. I paid $25.99 for a car wash and a wipe down interior. And it a half-assed wash and virtually zero interior wipe down. Not to mention my passenger side window is do greasy from whatever they put on it that I cannot even get it off/see out of it. I've been coming here for about six months - I probably average 2/3 times a month. I chose this car wash in part because they hand finish the cars. Overall, the quality of the wash is decent. Sometimes they miss spots, but nothing too big. The do a pretty good job inside, too. They do mess with seat settings, mirrors and radios, though. The staff is only marginally friendly, with the guys actually doing the washing and finishing being the most friendly. The primary reason for a two star review is that I recently discovered that they are charging me an up charge reserved for trucks, suvs, and "wagons". My car is a small, four door hatchback and the manufacturer classifies it as "compact". In no sense of the definition is my car oversized. I should never be charged this charge. I absolutely understand (and would gladly pay) that larger vehicles are more work. Mine is not. This isn't even about the $1 charge. It's the principle. The best car detailing of my LIFE, for the best price. I forget what package/add ons I chose, but it was only $80 total, including all 5 leather seats cleaned/treated/conditioned/whatever they do. It took a little bit longer than anticipated, but that was only a problem because I tried to squeeze it between two appointments and ended up running late to the second appointment. Maybe an extra 15 min pst their estimated completion! But fellas. I mean it when I say I drove a new car home. I genuinely had to triple check that it was my car and not someone else's. I completely forgot the interior was black and not a dusty charcoal. Could not recommend more. Best $80 I ever spent!! I'm telling everyone I know and love. read more

This is was worst experience I have ever had with a car wash. One that was over priced at that. You're stuck in the car port before you figure out prices. $10.99 for a basic wash. Took over 40 minutes before anyone came up to my car. No instructions on what to do. They just kind of walked around. Two different people asked what car wash I wanted before giving me a "ticket". Went inside paid. Watched my car get washed. NO ONE INFORMED ME IT WAS DONE. After 1 whole hour of it being finished I found my car parked behind the building. I literally asked 4 people if my car was done. First guy said if my keys are in some spot than it was done. He never checked for me. Second guy rude as hell said no. Third guy said he would check, never came back. Finally the forth guy said yeah it's done. But he didn't get my keys. Some other guy got them and was shady as hell. I hate this place. Wasted 3 hours of my life, on an over priced, disrespectful, rude employees car wash. Save your time and money avoid this place. Really disappointed especially after paying $130 ! Several stains on ceiling didn't clean my glove compartment or between my emergency brake or the handles by my doors or the stains on my visors. Actually not that bad. I paid what is traditional for a clean car in and out. $28 manager special or whatever it was. Car was clean and smelled good, which was a huge improvement since I have 2 teen boys.Employees were nice and looked like they were working HARD. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that the place looks kinda run down inside (maybe some paint and caulking and a good mopping would fix) and the smell of the bathroom could be smelled down the hallway. I could only assume there was a mishap prior to going in but whoooo....anyway, I'll most likely use this place again. It's near my home and convenient if you want to leave your car and walk to Starbucks or the pizza joint across the street. They also have a community tip jar by the car pick-up area so you don't feel like you're just tipping the guy who gave you the key but instead are tipping everyone who worked on your car. read more

It took 30 minutes from start to finish for my exterior only car wash. I sat outside watching car after car be dried off before mine. The guy who was doing my car kept being distracted apparently and walking off. Not satisfied at all with the wait time. But at least my car's paint looked fine. When I brought my small Sedan there for a wash I got the $20.99 deal and then 2 up charges got added for my bill The first up charge was For apparently cleaning the cup holders, and all the little spaces in the car ($5) The second up charge was for SUV/truck/wagon. ($1) (When I have a small 4 door sedan) When I went to pay my bill I made sure to ask about these unknown up charges. The lady up front contacted her Maneger about the issue and he replied with " yeah sorry I wasn't thinking" After that I understood that he obviously doesn't care about his job Or his customers. I put the issue behind me and moved on. I was called when my car was finished. It was still dirty on the outside and on the inside. They didn't vacuumed the inside they didn't wipe down the center console or wipe down anything They were just in the car talking. Also there was a stain on the floor of my car after they "washed it" I went and called the manager. The one that doesn't care about anything. And he him self went and vacuumed, got the stain out, wipe down the car. After that there was still a lot more cleaning that they were supposed, but they didn't, and I was tired of them so I just ask for my keys and left. All the people that work there looked like they are doped out on some other stuff or just so stone they don't even know what's happening. Half of them could barely speak any English. Paid $109 for interior detail and got the results of a $19 job. They basically wiped everything down and did a quick run over carpet that was exposed. They didn't bother to clean the carpeting under the mats!! Glove box and center console weren't vacuumed (I emptied them in before dropping the car off and was assured they would be cleaned). There were spots all over the interior that were completely ignored. I used a little soapy water after they claimed they were stains and refused to clean. Almost every spot came out with a little work. For $109 i expect them to at least try. Manager offered to give me $20 off after making a second trip back to show him how much they missed. Told him to keep it. I would rather leave a review so others will no to avoid this place. There are far better detailers in town. read more

Not too thrilled about the extra money it'll cost to do a "wipe down"? I can wipe my car's door panels clean for free myself! lol. This place is hit or miss. Went today after birds annihilated my Jeep and just general cleaning needs. Was told it was going to be an hour wait, which I always expect, and settled down to read a book. About an hour and a half into it, the front desk girl comes to me and says it will be 30-45 minutes more because of the dog hair. Seriously?? I keep a dog seat cover in the back to keep all the hair off so there really wasn't that much. Not too much that a couple of swipes with a lint roller can't handle! Well two hours later my Jeep is ready. As soon as I walk out I immediately notice bird poop still on my front bumper and the fender. The guy asks if everything is good and I point it out. He just ignores the fact that I said anything and asks for my receipt. Should I have insisted they cleaned it? Probably. But after a two hour wait I was just over it. A toothbrush, dish soap, and warm water fixed it in about 10 seconds at home. Too bad they didn't care enough to do that for me! But if you want something done right, gotta do it yourself right?! I come here every so often when I am lazy and want my entire car cleaned with a minimal amount of work. Don't bother with the expensive "deals" that they try to sell you. The $9.99 basic car wash still includes a vacuum, wash, and basic interior cleaning. They do a good job for the money. Now for the major con, it takes forever! If it isn't busy, you might get in and out of here in 20 minutes, but if there is any sort of line, expect to be here 40+ minutes, which is a really long time for a car wash! read more

I took my 2 month old new Audi to their cleaners, I ended up receiving it with 1 new scratches--- on a brand new car, not happy at all! My roof was not cleaned, the body was cleaned but there were dried spots of water. I would not recommend. Their vacuuming was poor at best. It was a bandage clean, not worth the 15 dollars.
