Yep, its a car wash, oil change, detail place. So what could be so great about it? First, the oil change guys are quick, friendly and DO NOT try to sell you on a bunch of stuff you dont need. The manager of the oil facility is cool and funny. I enjoy talking with him on each visit. The free car wash with oil change is great. The place runs efficient. On the times they are super busy, you can walk next door to the Sunflower shoppe and browse. For $40 I can get an oil change, great conversation, good clean wash and I'm good to go for another 3k miles. read more

We stopped by shortly before closing to get a quote on a detail and clay bar. The attendant explained the prices, said a clay was $40 an hour and gave us a price on a hand wax. We came back two days later to get it done, and now the clay bar is $60 an hour? They quoted 1-2 hours total for the wash, clay, and hand wax. They called us less than 2 hours later to say that it was done and we could come pick it up. We go to pay, and they charged for 2 full hours to clay. Obviously impossible, but shady folks will do shady things. The work wasn't great, there's plenty of cracks and crevices (like the gas cap door) with dried wax still piled up. read more

Not a good car wash. We got the one that cost 30.00 and the outside looked ok but the inside was awful. We got back in the car and it stunk like body odor and dirty rags! They also stained a part of my upholstery while they were cleaning the inside with their dirty rags. I won't come back to this car wash. read more

This is my second car wash in a month in Texas and they did a decent job. Surprisingly the same car wash costs cheaper in NJ. I'm talkin bout exterior, interior, tyres, rims, vacuum plus wipe down. LOOOOOVE this place. My mother took her car here for 10 years, so when I got my car shipped from Washington, DC to Fort Worth, TX, I thought of this place to wash all of the city grime away. Now, I bought my car in 2008 and hadn't washed it. Ever. In almost five years. I got the "Super Wash" which includes detailing and these guys completely took care of it. It took them less than an hour to have the outside sparkling and the inside looking like new. For only about $50, I didn't expect a full detail, but that's what I got: crud out of the gear area, cup holders cleaned, console wiped down and the inside doors scrubbed. Plus, the carpets were shampooed. They would have also cleaned out the trunk if it had not been stuffed. Great job. Go here. So worth whatever package you choose. read more

Haven't been to too many carwashs but for the few I have been its been good to me (only been here twice). They hand dry the exterior and hand wipe the interior which is a nice touch! Also reasonably priced I get the super works for 20$; Exterior wash, interior wipe, tire shine and a wax. CONS: A few water stains and some fuzz from the towels. That's about all I have experienced. I hope they keep it up. The last place I went too scratched my grinch with their giant motor scrubbers. No motor scrubbers at RED CARPET. read more

I've been to this car wash before and had a great experience. They did a great job clearing and they were nice. HOWEVER today a 10 minute car wash became a hour and 15 minute nightmare. First they locked my keys inside my NEW car. They asked if I could get my spare I said no because my house key was on my car key which they had locked inside my car. The manager was very blasé about the whole situation. He said he could open my car with tools they had. I asked if he was confident in his ability to open my car. I wanted to confirm that he wouldn't mess up my car when opening it. He never gave a clear yes or no. I consented to him opening my car. When we walked out to my car he said because it was a new car he'd have to open it with different tools. I asked again if he was sure he could open my car without any trouble. He didn't like how I kept questioning his abilities. But considering the situation I feel like my questions were just. He never gave a clear answer. Which made me skeptical. I explained it was a new car and that I was worried he'd damage it. I asked how many times he'd opened a locked car. He said many. He was short with me and rolled his eyes a few times during our conversation. I didn't feel confident that he could open my car without damaging it so I called AAA. They came and opened my car. While I was there they locked another customers keys inside a car. The AAA man and manager were both opening the two locked cars at the same time. My car was being worked on by AAA the other customers car was being worked on by the car wash manager. The car wash manager was able to open the other customers car first before the AAA man working on my car could. The car wash manager then said under his breather but load enough so everyone around could hear "that's why you get Mexicans to do the job" I don't know why he felt it was necessary to make this comment. Also I wonder if this man would have treated a male customer with such disregard and distain. I wonder if all woman receive this kind of treatment at this establishment.? Perhaps they lock people out of their cars on a regular basis so to them it was just another Tuesday. I however have never locked myself out of my car so this was a very concerning moment. I was trying to assess the situation and make the best decision for myself, which seemed to annoy the manager. I rolled in on a Friday, like a big dummy, thinking I could get my car detailed and still have time for other errands. Wrong! It took nearly 2 hours. However, it was worth the wait, and I got to check out the Sunflower Shoppe nextdoor (got a great deal on high quality vitamins) and then had lunch at the little Italian restaurant nearby. The Red Carpet guys and girls kicked serious ass on my dirty car and brought it back looking like the day I bought it. I paid about $92, which included shampooing my seats. This is much more expensive than the other place I was going to, but Red Carpet is more detailed. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. I found a few missed spots and they immediately took care of it, and sincerely apologized for the overlook. The employees were hard-working and super quick, but detailed at the same time. They ran around that place like a well-oiled machine. Just one tip: the employees might wanna wait until all customers leave before they start talking loudly about "f*ckin dem hoes" and other fun extracurricular activities they plan to engage in after work. It didn't offend me, but I'm the exception to most rules in that regard. Just be careful :) Most ladies would be offended hearing such things, and complain to social media and cause an uproar. Save the hoe talk for the bars :) But keep killin it at your job, y'all do great work. read more

Without asking, mentioning, hinting, they charged $15 extra for additional oil needed for mid-size SUVs, as well as $14 for a "special filter." Not mentioned once to me. I have a regular customer for over 30 years. Today I took my car in for a wash and vacuum like I normally do. I asked the attendant to please was the rubber mats off. I asked because in the past they haven't and when I questioned why they said it was because she I didn't ask the to. Well today I remembered and asked. The attendant told the young man to wash off the rubber mats and young mans response was " I ain't washing no fucking rubber mats, I don't wash rubber mats you got to pay me extra if you think you gonna get the fucking mats washed" All of 'this took place within 5 feet of me very vocal and I'm not sure if he was looking for a response from me or his supervisor. Needless to say no one addressed his unprofessional conduct or him. Got an oil change here, big mistake. They do not stand behind their work. Had to make a 200 mi trip to OK after the oil change. By the time I got there my engine light came on and the car would not move. My son recommended a mechanic that he has used for years and I had AAA tow my car to him. The mechanic said all the oil had been drained from the engine and he showed me the filter with the metal chips in it from my engine. He said the cap had not been properly replaced. I had to replace the engine to a tune of close to $3,000. I took the filter with the metal chips back to Red Carpet and told them what the mechanic said. They pretty much called my mechanic a liar and refused to acknowledge their mistake. They even refused to return my filter. Please don't ever use this place for an oil change. They were dishonest and don't stand behind their work. I now take my car to a reputable lube station. Leave the car washing to the car wash people and the oil changes to the lube stations who know what they're doing. read more

They did a decent job washing the truck but I wasn't overly enthusiastic about having to pay extra for wipe down services. They offer fuel services too which can make it a one stop shop for the weekend fueling and clean up before that big date. read more

The staff was unfriendly and the service was mediocre with no attention to detail. Wondering why I was charged an upcharge since they didn't wipe down the tailgate inside or out and did not vacuum the carpet. Plus their prices are more than Britezone and they do a much better job. I've been washing my family's cars here for years. Their oil change service, which includes a free basic wash, is excellent. The facilities are immaculate and the staff goes out of their way to get it done right. Yes, they prod you for up-sells like tire & wheel treatments or Armor-all on the dash; just say "basic wash", sit in their comfy waiting room, and your car will be sparkling in no time. I went to get my car washed after waiting way too long so it was filthy, but I still decided to just get the basic wash for $11. After my car had been through the wash the manager, Charles, I believe, noticed my car wasn't completely clean and asked if they could take it through the wash a second time free of charge. I went here to get an inspection and failed because of a gas cap seal. I'm not upset about the failure. I'm upset that NO ONE said a thing to me before I left. They let me drive away without a word about the failure. Ironically, while I was waiting for my car inspection someone called to complain about the exact same thing. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a car wash and lube center. First of all, the lube center changed the oil and afterwards the car did not drive the same way that it did before they had it. (Not sure if one of them hit a curb with it?) The next thing is the car wash experience. The car did not look as if it had been touched on the inside. When I asked management about it, he was rude and could care less that I had a problem. His response to me was, "you better pay the full amount or we will press charges." Wow! I can honestly say this was the worst customer service experience of my life, not to mention the damage to my vehicle.
