Do not go to Kwik Kar wash in Aledo . I went to get car detailed for kids bday and they did not do a good job . I noticed the trunk not vacuumed . No big deal I just went to vacuums and did myself . Then I started to notice water spots on one of the windows . Ok started to make rounds around car and literally took hand and wiped dust off with my hand . After that and not feeling like they did a $100 worth of work I went inside they said it was hard water stains and wouldn't even come outside to look at car . This is a good place to get your car washed. The prices are pretty reasonable and they have an option for a wash and then a do it yourself vacuum job. I'd rather have somebody else do the vacuuming, but the option exists for those that want to save a lot money or are maybe more meticulous than others. It's rare to find car washes now that have true hand wash service. Usually it's automatic and you go through the cleaning system. Here, they combine the two! You go through their auto system, then once out your vehicle, including tires and weather tech Matt's get cleaned and leave your vehicle at detail quality for a $23 price tag. AMAZING. The young woman who comes to your open car window to see what type of car wash you want and to take payment does not wear a mask. I pointed to my mask and said, mask? She said, oh you don't have to wear one. I said please put on your mask. She said she doesn't have to wear one and seemed surprised that I asked. I have had multiple great experiences at this car wash. I generally hand wash our vehicles but when time or weather prohibits that, I bring my vehicles here. The line moves efficiently and the hand dry off and wheel cleaning make the wash even better. Even during busy times, the line moves quickly. Have been coming here for years and rarely have had sub-par service. When I wasn't satisfied, they were quick to fix it and I have had excellent service every time I have come. I always get the Extreme and I'm in and out. Saturday mid mornings are pretty busy, so don't be surprised if you have to wait a little while. The last three visits to this car wash I was told they would not be able to perform full service because they were so busy. On this visit I drove up to the window with no cars waiting and empty bays and I was told the same thing. Very disappointing. I used to frequent this car wash quite often when I lived in Aledo. Sadly the carwash has gone downhill since I moved here 5 years ago. I used to brag about what an amazing job they did. Honestly I do not care for essential oils but rather have a clean car when I leave. I am guessing the ownership changed. I gave them a second chance but will never be back. They increased their prices and decreased their service. Cup holders still dirty, sloppy wipe down job, just all in all inside was not taken care of. So disappointed. read more

They don't have anywhere on their page to leave a review so I thought I would just tell you guys about it. ‍ I'm not going to wash house Aledo anymore. I cancelled my membership today. It's gone so far down hill since changing owners. First of all, they've broken seats in my car TWICE now. One of them they were able to fix but the other will need to be done by a professional and no longer moves. We complained about that only to have the owner argue about it and check the tape first. Secondly they no longer dry your windows because of "staffing shortages" but I know plenty of kids who have applied for that position and denied. It wouldn't be so bad but they don't even offer a towel or anything else for you to do it yourself. Forget about people who might be in a position where they physically can't. The straw that finally broke the camels back is the car just isn't clean anymore and they have consistently left soap residue all over my windows and mirrors making it hard to see out of them. Again all these things mentioned and the owner just wants to argue about it. The excuse for the soap left behind is my car is big. I drive a tiny mini van. It bums me out because I love to keep things local but it's just getting to the point where I'm irritated every time I go there and the customer service from the owner is ridiculous. The female manager is amazing and polite and the staff does their best but the male owner or manager is awful and my car looks awful. Been going here since it opened dont know what has changed . Just left there had 3 cars washed took over an hour not detailed just the special wash all of the cars came out dirty , still had bugs on them dirt on the mirrors glass not clean , we spent over an hour there for poor service and poor quality we will re-evaluate using this place . read more

The owner of the Aledo, Texas Kwik Kar Wash continues with her sassy condescending hypocritical, unapologetic of the truthful review I gave of her business. A simple apology would've worked at the beginning, but since she's been unapologetic that's totally unacceptable, everybody should know about the extremely poor service we've experienced and the owners blatant rude attitude. Becoming argumentative to a customer over a honest truthful review is just poor business practice. Waiting 3 weeks to respond and telling me my review was "unacceptable", the owner is missing the whole point of a review then belittling me further with her negative comments is "unacceptable". Learn from your mistakes, listen to your customers, rule #1, don't criticize your customer adding more insult to broken issues. read more
