Updated: I used to love this place. There's car washes closer to my house and more popping up. I loves that they played Christian music and the employees USED TO BE NICE. Today I came and the car wash broke while I was inside. Soap was all over my car. I have a monthly pass so I the guy said they couldn't give me a refund and they wouldn't pay for me to go elsewhere and wash the soap off my car "because it wasn't their fault." When I asked to speak with the manager he said he was inside trying to fix the car wash and it was going to be down for a while. Then he told me to "drop my attitude" when I was upset of the lack of customer service. Granted I didn't yell at him I just asked to speak to the manager. The employee walked away yelling at me and NEVER RETURNED to give me an update but went to the other cars who tried to pull in. I've never seen this employee before. It is 6:45pm on March 13. I have been sitting here without any one giving me an update. I did find out Randall is his name. Larry, if you're reading this someone needs to give RANDALL a customer service lesson!! Quality of wash: 5 stars As far as the overall experience: HORRENDOUS. The customers at this wash will be the reason I will never return. A quick car wash should not be a place you have to prepare to be harassed. We all pay to have our car washed and all wait in the same line to have it completed. "I have been coming to this place for years" is NOT a valid reason to harass someone and make them feel unsafe to visit this location. For a 40+ year old man to harass a woman who is alone is absurd and quite frankly unacceptable. This was my first time trying this car wash and I was considering an unlimited membership based on how the experience went. After this experience, the unlimited membership only looks like a joke. Over Crowed, unorganized. The concept seems cool. You can pay a certain fee and come as often as you like. The problem with that is the place is so crowded on the weekends it's hard to drive into the place. Also the layout is wrong. After your car gets washed you have to drive thru the incoming traffic to get to the vacuuming section. The vacuuming section never seems to be available. The only staff member who was friendly was the man trying to get you to buy the car wash special. I will not come here on the weekend again or ever again. The car wash itself is good. HOWEVER...I purchased the 14.95/mo membership awhile back and tried to cancel at the beginning of January. I went to the location (before my renewal date) and told the guy that I would like to cancel. He told me that I wouldn't be charged again, but I was. February 13th I realized I had been charged for January AND February. So, this time I canceled online and received a confirmation email, but was charged AGAIN in March. Now I have paid $45 dollars for a service I have not used AND have been told I wouldn't be charged for! I want to cancel my membership AND I want my money back! read more

Accident on the property 3/27/20. The pickup truck in front of my grandson rolled back off the track and hit my car. The manager, Caleb and another employee on site told us they've seen vehicles roll backwards before. The driver said his truck was in neutral as it rolled back. He also viewed the video at the car wash and he said it clearly shows his brake lights were not on. Owner of the car wash, Dr. Myers refuses to accept responsibility. The traffic has outgrown the location. Over the past month every time I visit the lines are long for both the carwash and the vacuums. The parking lot is not logistically set up for the lines that are waiting and even tho employees attempt to direct the traffic it is a bit messy and unsafe. Vacuums are A-1 with a Air Blaster that does get all cracks and crevices. I purchased a $24.95 Unlimited wash. I have been sorely disappointed. After a month of washes, I do not believe they are using the Rain-X product advertised because there is no water repellent activity on the windows. As an avid user of Rain-X this should have been noticed by the second or 3rd wash. The tire clean product has never fully removed the brake dust. In fact, it just looks the same after every wash but can be removed by rubbing a finger on it. Should be removed during wash. The spot free rinse is not so spot free. I have spots on the entire car compared to other washes; I just air dry and might have spots on my mirrors. Last but not least I cancelled my auto renew on the monthly membership 4 days before the new month. Was assured that it was cancelled. Yup you guessed it; they charged me anyway. Now I am following up to have it refunded. read more

Normally I don't like to give bad reviews but in this situation I will. I have a truck (I have no idea about a car's experience) and this car wash doesn't clean your rear glass. Prior to today, the staff have always been pleasant, except for today. One of the staff members, who I believe is the manager, made a rude remark. In his defense, he's normally a courteous person, and I don't know what his problem was but he was a little rude today. The situation could have been handled substantially better. I've been coming to this same car wash since last June and the wash has progressively gotten worse. I was planning to cancel my membership but since the service was really bad today I decided to post a review along with canceling my membership. So I went there yesterday and was in a hurry. The quickest car wash takes 5 minutes if not less and cleans the car perfectly. The part I liked was there are two guys to attend you at the entrance. One to charge your card and the other to guide you on the metal platform while entering the washing area. This is very important and helpful. I used to go to unattended car washes where on two occasions my card was charged but it didn't recognize that the payment had gone through. So I ended up paying twice and there was no one to talk to. And sometimes it gets hard to align the tyres on the washing ramp. Both problems were solved here. And at such a good price. Couldn't have asked for more. I plan to stick to this now. read more

I get unlimited car washed and FREE vacuums for $20. It's super easy to get to and you just pull up, they scan your sticker, and they push you through the wash. You also get a free shamwow towel and a car air freshener. I would highly recommend this place to anyone - a few of my friends have already signed up and enjoying all the perks that Quick N Clean have to offer. I went to wash my car a month ago and the guy that was working told me if I paid 22 bucks I could get unlimited washes for the month. I agreed to what I thought was a 1 month charge. Well today they charged my card for another month which I never agreed too and now they are saying I signed a contract that I would have never done. I live in Keller, why would I sign a contract in West Ft Worth!!! I used the car wash 3 times in that month.. I called to tell them to reimburse my card and I got a text back saying he has to see if I signed an agreement that apparently I was hoaxed into signing. Point is, don't mislead your customers. They are a fraud!!!! And now I'm having to fight for my money back!!!! Bc he says he needs to review camera to see who sold me the pass..... Not my problem! Just REIMBURSE MY MONEY ALREADY!!!! Great place for an excellent car wash & superb customer service. Came here on a Thursday morning and the attendant gave me a GREAT deal on a car wash since it was my first time. The wash looks great and their vacuums have fantastic suction! Furthermore, the employee hand washing the cars before entry into the wash went above and beyond. He helped get the dirt & grime (bugs) off the front of my car before AND after I went through the wash. I super appreciate his helpfulness. Lastly, the vacuums worked better than any others I've used elsewhere and they have a tiny air blower to help get dirt out of tiny cracks. All in all, I think it's super important to give credit where credit is due and these guys rocked it. I'm impressed and will be back! read more

I highly recommend no one uses this wash. I purchased the $6 wash less than an hour and a half ago. The kid that rang me up offered the receipt but I didn't think I would need it. When it started raining when I was at lunch, I returned to ask for a voucher. He really said NO, not without a receipt. When I said you waited on me less than an hour ago, he still refused. I drove around and asked for his name to report it to the owner. He said Michael, and I'm the manager. No one cares if you're the manager if you were crappy at your job. Literally sat in my car while nothing happened. The only activity in that car wash was when this guy scrubbed a brush on my windshield. Going through the car wash, nothing happened. $3 for what. I've learned my lesson. I'll go wash my car and have the satisfaction of knowing 1. My car is clean and 2. I wouldn't have needed to waste $3.00. All and all great vacuums.
