I'm giving this two stars because one of the extra stars is for the girl that was working the line she was nice and reasonable but $29.99 for the most basic wash!!! Are you freaking kidding me! I would've backed out if it wasn't embarrassing. Not only was the basic wash $30. It left my car so damn spotty. I don't know where this car wash gets its nerve or how it's even still open charging $30 a wash for the most basic bad wash. Well, if you go tonight, you'll see that this car wash is closed. If you get home and realized that one of your tires is damaged it's probably because you've had your car washed here today. This happens when you have very incapable 17 year old child "manager" run your corporate company. They've already had several complaints before this happened to mine and still didn't close up shop. And to top it off, this child "manager" said they're NOT allowed to help you swap your tire while this is according to corporate policies. The site manager, Mike, was not "in-site" but I was able to talk with him with my persistence, and the other 17 year old boy was able to offer his help in swapping my tire. I have a membership with this car wash and this is an accident, I know, but I'm leaving this review because of the corporate incompetence of hiring children as managers that are incapable, inexperienced and remarkable inept. This review is from the new name at the same location. Now called Caliber Car Wash. This is hands down the worst car wash. We spent $10 and the wash left the front and sides of my car still covered in dust, dirt and spots. You think, hey at least there are vacuums. Wrong. The vacuums have less suction than my home handheld vacuum. There are cloths, multipurpose cleaner and glass cleaner for you to use but gosh this is a serious amount of effort. I spent 10 minutes scrubbing spots before I stopped and went home because it would be easier to do at home with my car cleaner. Take the extra drive and get over to university car wash who will dry your car for you and check for spots. I will not be returning. read more

I've had membership for about a year at the Benbrook location. More than half the time of gone in the arm is stuck and I have to wait for someone to fix the issue. Other times the place is shutdown altogether for technical issues. Today I went through and the arm didn't go up again. I rolled back and forth a couple of times that didn't help. I went ahead and backed up to leave and damaged my car in doing so. There's another car wash up the block called "Wash Me" that I take my other vehicles to. Always quick courteous service. If I could give zero stars I would. Let's just say the way this "manager" handles business is horrible. I signed up for the highest membership in October since it was a promotional at $25 for the first month. I can only go once a week when I'm in the area for my daughter's dance class. After 2 months of being charged $37.99 a month and never being able to speak to anyone on the phone I went in and asked to lower my membership to the cheapest option. The worker scanned my membership barcode and said it was done. The next month I was charged $37.99 again. I went in and asked to speak to the manager and was told "he just left five minutes ago". Okay no problem. Asked for a refund for the difference I was charged when I wasn't supposed to. Apparently only the manager can do refunds. So I requested to just cancel the membership altogether. The worker scanned my membership barcode and said it was canceled. Another month went by and I'm charged $37.99 AGAIN. I go back up earlier in the day this time and when asked to speak to the manager am told "oh he is inside" then a few minutes later "oh he just left." I requested the worker to call the manager to see if he could come back to make the situation right as I do not live in the area and was told he would call me the following day. It's been a week and a half and haven't heard from said manager. Such a joke! Do not sign up for a membership here. read more

The staff told me it's happened multiple times this week, which I have on video. My $22/month car wash got me a $1000 deductible, but the manager said "just a bumper, not the end of the world". Be warned! Just wanted to let everyone know that we had a membership Caliber Car Wash in Benbrook, TX. However, recently when we had just rolled onto the track and were sitting still waiting to enter the car wash, their track malfunctioned which shoved the large SUV in front of us backwards multiple times causing the back of the SUV to hit the front of my husband's Cadillac, damaging the front grill, Cadillac emblem, and front camera. The manager and other staff failed to shut down the system even though they were right there watching the whole time the SUV was moving backwards towards our car. After we were hit, the manager told my husband to let him know if we wanted to file a claim with them. My husband told him we would check to see what kind of damage there was and then let him know. We got an estimate from Frank Kent Cadillac of almost $2,000 in repair cost for the damage, but when my husband went back to show the manager the estimate he told my husband he was NOT going to pay for the damage. Obviously, we canceled our membership with them, and we will be pursuing our options to get our vehicle repaired, but we wanted to let others know that this is is not a reputable business! They do not stand behind the damage THEY cause when their car wash malfunctions. The worst part is that the manager could have stopped this from happening by shutting the system down the minute the SUV started moving backwards, but they waited until our car was hit before the shut the system down. This was complete negligence on the part of the manager of the car wash! Also, my husband asked the manager for the name and phone number of his Regional Manager, but he refused to give it to him. Firstly, this is my go-to place for getting my vehicles washed. Located on 377 in Benbrook, I can tell you that you'd be hard pressed to find a better place to get your vehicle washed for the prices they offer. (But, Shhhhh! Don't tell them that). For starters, you can get a basic wash for only $3! Yeah, just perfect for getting that bit of grime, mud or rain marks off your car on the cheap. From there, costs go from $5-$12 with options for extras if desired. For me, I typically get the $7 wash. Perfect to clean the wheels, shine up the tires, and the car looks great! Service is always friendly and professional when you drive through. Vacuums are clean, well managed, and can certainly do the job on even the dirtiest of carpet and floor mats. How the place down the street stays in business? I have no clue. Come in to Q Speed and check them out. Hands down, they're the best!! read more

I was involved in an accident inside the car wash last summer that was not my fault. the truck in front of me had huge wheels and it took the attendant 5+ minutes to even get them on the track. When we were in the car wash, the truck came off the track and I was pushed into it multiple times. They stopped the car wash and asked us both to drive out. An employee entered an "incident report" and said the manager would reach out to me because there was damage to my license plate and front bumper. After no one reached out, I tried multiple times to speak to the manager in person and over the phone. After finally speaking to him, he strung me along for weeks then finally told me there was nothing they could do and I needed to talk to the owner of the other car but didn't give me their information. I've had a membership here for over a year, so you can imagine my disappointment in the extremely bad customer service. read more

Generally the car wash has worked well for us. We had the $19.99 monthly unlimited wash plan, but once it changed from Q Carwash, our account switched to a higher priced plan that was $29.99. Their top roller arms came down and did over $2000 worth of damage to the roof of my pickup. I had heard a loud bang but thought it was just the roller dropping onto my bed cover. I didn't notice the damage for a couple of days and when I went back to tell them about it the manager told me that I couldn't even file a report on it since I had driven away. The car wash itself is acceptable. However, ownership changed and my monthly rate was increased without my knowledge. I have attempted numerous times via phone and email for someone to contact me as I feel this should be credited to my account since I did not authorize an increase. This place is great. They have towels to wipe down the vehicle, compressed air to blow vents and under seat, and vacuums. The staff was very nice when I talked to them. Tight turn for my 1 ton truck but can get in just fine. read more

I subscribed to the $30.00 a month car wash and I am very pleased, I stop by about once a week, Vacuume a little ( not much attention needed since I do it weekly now) I am very pleased with the good job the car wash does. I've used this car wash many times because it's conveniently located. It has never been great, but this visit was the last straw. The kiosk took my payment and the lane didn't open. I waited for someone to come and help, but ended up honking to get the attention of the one person working. He used a computer to open the gate. I'm not sure I even got the wash I paid for. I paid $18 (!!) for a car and wheel wash. My car wasn't clean and my wheels DEFINITELY were not. There's so much mud in the vacuum area that it's impossible to get back into your car without tracking mud, and the mat cleaner machines have been inoperable every time I've been. I like this location and this one is my go-to. I did experience someone braking inside the car wash for the first time EVER and I put on my brakes because that SHOULD allow the wash to stop, but the wash and rollers kept going. Fortunately for me, the car got it together, but car washes should have cameras and be able to identify people who cause accidents in the car wash and do the needful. It amazes me the number of ppl who don't follow instructions... also, the car wash employees should stop lining cars up back to back to avoid this situation. I took my Mini Cooper through their carwash and they cracked my windshield. I filed a claim before I even left the premises. After a week they called to inform me they denied my claims because they reviewed their videos and could not see where anything but the things that hang down touched my car. I asked to see the video but was told they couldn't let me. I suggested that they go look at the video of me entering and they will see there is not a crack. They agreed. Another week passed and I did not hear from them I called them on 4/22 and they are still denying the claim. I'm taking this time small claims court. The first time my 2020 Chevrolet truck was scratched I attributed it to some knucklehead at the local Wally World. Now I know it was the Q Speedwash in Benbrook that added 3 MORE SCRATCHES to the left front facia of the truck. I inspected my wife's 2020 Equinox and guess what. You got it. Big scratch on the front plastic "bumper". The damage the car wash inflicted on my truck (2nd time) was about two weeks ago. I've had major surgery or I would've been at the managers front door. As it stands it will be at least 2 weeks before I'll be able to haul my carcass up there. I don't expect them to do a damn thing.
