Wax closes at 3 pm on Sunday so unfortunately I drove up too late at 2:15 pm. I paid for the inside, outside and tires for $20. I needed bugs cleaned off after a road trip and all dust and random Cheerios out of the inside of the car. I've been to the car wash next door and it was $25 for a self service car wash and it did a horrible job of cleaning my car. The other downside was me doing all the effort. I saw the bad reviews of this place, but I was willing to give it a try. The attendant spoke very quietly but was still efficient at telling me the cost of what I needed. They did clean off all the dead bugs on the front and the tires were pretty clean. All dirt was nearly cleaned off the floor in the car and they had lifted the mats to ensure. Little things that would've been nice: a quick wipe of the seats and wipe the baby car seat mirror I have that was covered in fingerprints. Overall, pretty decent for $20 and I would definitely come here again over the overpriced car wash next door. read more

So I have been getting my car washed here for many years. The quality has steadily been declining over the past few years. This was the last straw for me and I will never be back. I paid $60 for a "Super Clean" wash. I had milk stains on the back of the seats where someone threw a milkshake at the back Of my truck while the window was open. I left and when I got home I noticed they didn't bother to wipe off the seats. So I too it back up there. I spoke with the "manager" who proceeded to tell me that for $60 you don't get the seats wiped off! Stay away from this place! read more

Thought they did a good job cleaning inside and outside of my car. Two days later I discovered an employee found a bottle of honey I didn't know was in car and placed it upside down in a door side pocket. Yeah, it's a car wash. No, it's not a very good car wash. Why? Unless you're willing to shell out the "big bucks" for the super-duper wash, then you might as well wait until it rains to clean off your car. The $3 wash is more of a "rinse" and not really a wash at all. No effort to clean off anything (excessive) at the end. $5 means you get the "rinse" wash, but you get to use their vacuums. Oh yay. Pay the $12 on up, and some guy will gladly spray your interior windows with some pink solution and wipe it off with a dirty towel that will leave interior streaks all over your windshield. Then again, after the guy puts a shine on your tires...it looks pretty good. If you come here, and are willing to pay for the "Deluxe" wash...then watch these guys while they're doing the final treatment on your vehicle. No, they don't balk at having to re-do something, but they certainly won't TRY do a very good job unless you're willing to look it over well before you drive off. Great full-service car wash at an excellent price. We usually go for the $3 value wash, but sometimes we splurge on the $5 wash which includes a pre-soak but there's honestly not much difference. They also offer full detail service but we don't usually go for that. Free vacuum is a huge plus too. read more

I had some cash inside my center console out of sight. After getting an oil change I was 40 dollars short. I wish I could give zero stars.

This place is a joke. Payed $25 for a full detail. They finished is 10 minutes I get to my car and they didn't vacuum the back or wipe it out. They said oh we only lightly wipe it out. We don't scrub it. Then I said my car is still really dirty and they said when it comes out of the wash they just dry it. It's not their job to scrub it. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. If you don't mind paying $20 to have your car washed and leaving in a dirty car then this is your place. I stopped going to this car wash several years ago because I left there and noticed that the back window was still dirty. I vowed to never return there but I was in a hurry and didn't have time to drive over to Bryant Irvin to get a decent car wash. I also hoped that they might have gotten some better help. Nope! Not the best car wash service but its convenient if you live just off of 377 in Benbrook and you're pressed for time. I would only recommend getting the basic war cash option and maybe an interior vacuum (if needed), anything beyond this is just a rip off for the quality of the job you'd end up getting. read more

First time here I was a little disoriented...ended up in line for the full-service detailing, oops! Luckily there always seem to be employees out there directing confused people like me. I was very pleased with my $5 car wash, which included several free minutes to use the vacuum machine. My car looked great inside and out, and I was only out $5 and less than 15 minutes! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have been here multiple times! I was there on 02/06/15 and asked for the same package I always get, forget what it is referred to, but its $23.95. Every previous visit it was truly a FULL SERVICE car wash. It has always been toweled dried, and cleaned with whatever cleaner they use on the dash and all the inside etc. None of that was done, they simply ran it through the car wash and wiped down the tires. The first person I complained to didn't speak clear english and went and got someone else. He said they just "dust" the inside, which had not been done either. We drove the car to the self vacuums, because that hadn't been done very well at all, i.e. there were crumbs still in plain sight on the leather seats. I then asked for the manager and told him I wanted my money back, to which he said could not be done because the service was complete. I told him it had not been complete because they didn't do the full service wash that had always been done. He came over and looked at the car as WE were vacuuming it out and said that was all they do for the $24. I then went back into the business to find a card so I could get a phone number for the owner. The manager, Luis Dominguez, at this point followed me inside and told me if I wanted more done to the car then I needed to pay more. I again told him that I hadn't received what I had already paid for. He in turned raised his voice and used curse words when speaking to me. I asked if that is how he speaks to customers in which he replied something to the affect I was "risking his job." Now the business card I retrieved from inside had the number to the other location, Weatherford. I call that number, extremely angry at this point of course, and ask to speak to the owner, who was unavailable. The man then turned the phone over to Pablo and I explained what just happened and he said he would speak to the owner, Ronnie, and he would get back with me. This all occurred around 130 in the afternoon. I hadn't heard anything back by 4 and called Pablo back to which he said Ronnie should be in between 4 and 5. Still no call and attempted one more time around 6 to which I was told neither Pablo nor Ronnie were available and that they close at 530. Saturday morning, I again attempt to call the Weatherford location and ask for Ronnie, the young lady asked who was calling and when I stated my name she said he wasn't there, I then asked for Pablo and she sneakered and said he wasn't available either. I still have not heard from Ronald L. Smithson, owner of both locations. As a business owner who has a customer call and complain of not only the lack of service that they received but that his manager actually got into a confrontation with, it seems inconceivable that he would not even take the time to contact that customer. read more

Had my carpets and floor mats cleaned as well as my car washed. I had delayed it because I thought it would cost too much. Wish I had done it sooner! Manager could not have been better and even had me come take a look to make sure I was satisfied. It didn't take long and they have a waiting room with a tv and even gave me a bottle of water. I visit here about once a month for a quick car wash. It is cheap and they do an average job. Sometimes the car still has a little touch-up cleaning that needs to be done (they aren't the cleanest I have seen), but I do like that there isn't a long wait on Sunday mornings. New to the area and found this carwash, for 12.99 you get a "full service" car wash. Let me tell you, it was the worst 12.99 plus tip I have EVER spent. They vacuumed the seats , I guess. As for the floor, well I have rubber mats. I noticed they took the front 2 out and slapped them on the ground a few times. As for the rear one, not only did they not bother to "shake it off" they didn't even run a vacuum over it. The top of the dash was wiped off with apparently a damp towel and they didn't even bother wiping ANYTHING else. I had to ask them to wipe off the tires ( as they still appeared dirty after the automatic wash ) and although they did it, it was obvious that they didn't think they were supposed to. So in closing I paid $17.99 to have someone drive my truck through the automatic carwash and towel dry it off. I had to stop at a store and buy paper towels and Armour all so I could wipe the inside down myself. Now to drive around looking for a vacuum so I can actually vacuum the floor and floor mats. EPIC WASTE of MONEY, guess I should have paid the 5 bucks for the automatic carwash part and use of the vacuum. Obviously the guy who answered my questions prior to purchasing the "full service" car wash lied to me or the workers all need to be fired. Will NEVER go back. Only giving one star because you can't go any lower. My husband took my car to have it washed. After he ran the car through, the driver's side front tire was punctured. It wasn't that way when he went IN so it had to have happened in the car wash. He spoke to the manager (Luis) who, naturally, said it wasn't THEIR fault..my husband must have done something wrong while the car was going through. He put the car in neutral and let the rollers guide the car through. Will go back tomorrow and talk to the owner, Ronnie Smithson. read more
