There were areas however that were not even vacuumed and that was disappointing. The net to my trunk space was broken as well. They allowed me to come back and get a rewash. Geo, I'm guessing one of the managers, took care of my car personally and checked to make sure it was done right this time. He did let me know that they normally don't vacuum the glove compartment because people leave things in there, but I assured him that I took everything out for that purpose. I'm satisfied with how they handled it and will be coming back with my husband's car soon! I saw a man out there with a brush for the dog hair, so I could tell that the effort was put in. Maybe the best time to come is early in the morning!

They used to have two people that were scrubbed your front of your grill and bumper and your windows with the scrub brush front and rear now they got rid of that and they just have one guy spraying some water on your windshield and that's it, now all the soap just runs down the glass and it doesn't clean it. I made a point to talk to the guy before I went through the last time and explained to him the problem he said oh you sure no problem. I'll get it taken care of. I rolled up the window, pulled forward. He never does anything. Just spray the water on it again. Worst thing they ever did was to sell this car wash. I currently do not recommend it and I will be searching for a car wash.
