The entry lane is so tight my wheels scraped the curb. Vacuum stations are blocked by cars waiting for a wash. If you do get a vacuum station you have to wait for someone to let you back out. It's a nightmare! The wash quality is okay but the entry is crazy. Two lanes run into one and there's no room for mistakes. Curbs, poles, traffic make this a spot to avoid. read more

We have the monthly package on two of our cars. Never had any issues and if our vehicles were particularly dirty- we are able to run through again. No issues with the vacuums and the towels are a nice touch. Friendly faces all around each time. read more

Pull through there yesterday to rinse my truck off.. and the ladies climbed in my bed of my truck and saw some deer blood from over a month ago. keep in mind very minimal and I use my truck every day for work so this so-called blood was pretty much already soaked up by and everything else.. she said it would reactivate and get in their brushes. they worked really hard not to take my money so I wouldn't recommend this place at all. read more

My keyfob went into the vacuum hose around 3 ish on April 3, 2023, my Granson grabbed the hose so it wouldn't go any further, took about 10 to 15 mins for a manager showed up to let him know he would have to come back at 8 p.m to go through the canister and look for it, I went up there and spoke to a young lady and she said she seen it in there and I asked her why it wasn't retrieved, she went and got management, I told him what the young woman said and I asked why they couldn't go ahead and get it, would have been easier to find it, even said I would go car to car and ask if it was ok to turn the vacuum off for a few mins,would have been easier to find it then instead of 8 p.m response was (the manager) informed me he had went and asked people there if it was ok to shut it down, Then stated he had shut it the vacuum down and pulled the container BUT had to put it back so the vacuum cleaners could work! He also said he couldn't shut it down because he had PAYING customers on lunch break cleaning their cars! I even told him this was a BIG inconvenience and really needed my CAR! Say one thing and spoke another! So he said to have my Grandson to come up around 7:45 p.m, I got no where! Kept saying his paying customers and I went out the door and told him I WAS A F'in paying customer too! Grandson had an appoint to get to by 4:15 and I had my Granddaughter to get from school! SO I left, then they called my Grandson at his appointment and around 4:15 and told him he could come dig through a bag! He didn't find it! NOW we rocking on 5:30 p.m! The young lady got in trouble for telling me she seen it and told my Grandson and girlfriend she did NOT say she seen it! Well I had to remove my car from the property because now I'm thinking they will have it tolled! I had to have a locksmith come out spend about an hr plus getting a new keyfob and door lock changed out! I sat there waiting so my car wasn't tolled! The Manager didn't care about their customer! It COST ME $275.00 and all he had to really do was shut it down right then and the Keyfob would have been on top OR EASIER TO FIND! I left there and though he admitted he pulled th canister why didn't he dump it real quick and shove the canister back in place???? LUNCH RUN IS USUALLY OVER BY 2 p.m. All it amounted too was he just didn't care about this paying customer! I beat if someones diamond engagement went in the system it would have been shut down! OR 100.00 bucks they would have shut it down! I WILL NEVER EVER USE THAT CAR WASH AGAIN! THE won't help a customer out for sure! read more

i have used this car wash several times and purchased their top wash.... it never cleans the tailgate at all and doesnt get all the dirt off the vehicle ---leaves terrible streaks. sorry not worth your money. read more
