The guy that works here does an awesome job! Today he had a fun snow man hat on while weathering the 42 degree temp!

What a an amazing job the guy scrubbing the car before going into the car wash did. I appreciate the service o get here every time. They are so helpful and keep the facility clean. Great prices too. read more

B&K Express Car Wash - My car covered in bugs from travel beforehand. Now it's sparkling clean!!! - Car Wash Near Me - Cleburne, Texas

Paid for $18 carwash and didn't get the tire shine. I quit using this shady place a long time ago. Wife's car really needed a wash so I figured I'd give em a try again. Same crap! Don't get what you pay for! I'll drive to Burleson where you get what you pay for! read more

B&K Express Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Cleburne, Texas

I came in to get a simple $8 wash and when I went up the employee "Allan" already looked like he hated life and while I'm trying to follow the prompt screen and follow what Allan is telling me something is not going right and Allan proceed to keep shouting at us like we know what we're doing wrong so when my girlfriend says something to the rude employee he proceeds to hit my car with the brush he's holding, walk up to the window and hit the window with the brush and yell practically threatening my girlfriend "get out and do something then" as we're rolling into the car wash like the tough guy he is, definitely wouldn't recommend sticking around if you see Allan and if you then be ready to throw hands read more

I have given B&K multiple chances to prove me wrong about their service. After this week, I won't go back. Terrible service, make sure you get a receipt if you get anything more than the least expensive wash. Twice I have paid for the bug wash and they claimed I didn't pay for one when I pointed out that they didn't do the scrub. FYI- you can file a claim against the charge with your bank if they do this. They consistently only have half their vacuums available and on more than one occasion (busy days), their garbage cans were removed. This week's wash is the last straw. My car had visible dirt remaining after the wash. My car wasn't that dirty. Mainly road dirt smudges. read more

Terrible car wash, rude employees. Had the $12 wash, not worth it. Go to Lone Star, cost a little more but worth it.

Poor car wash. Can't call them because the number is no good, can't call to cancel membership and I can see from other reviews that the number has been bad for over a year. This company has to do better. Very disappointing. read more

Terrible wash, been going there since opened. Does not maintain equipment, workers lazy, no refunds or rewashes of not cleaned. Crappy in all areas. read more

Wow! Got screamed at by employee because HE could not get the computer to work-waited 25min and then said I had to leave-asked if I could get my $12 back- "no"" not without a receipt" I said "well then how did I get in the gate if I didn't pay? I have it on my bank statement from 25 min ago...." he screamed at me again, cursed me out and finally let me out. Overall- train your staff- all it took was an "I am sorry it's broken and here's a coupon" Bad deal- NOT going back! read more

This was a really good car wash maybe one of the best I've ever gone through It's a drive-through is stay in your car the people really nice we paid extra for the bug removal thing and the guy even used a very soft scrubber thingy and get the bugs off and did the windshield and everything before we even drove into the little conveyor belt thing I would use this place a lot if I lived closer alas I don't however I might think twice and drive down there anyway because I was highly impressed with it read more

This place blows and won't get bugs off when they claim they will, after paying 14 bucks. Stay away.

Do not go to BK Express Car Wash on North Main in Cleburne, I paid $12.00 for a car wash, when it was completed I checked the front of the car and there were still numerous bugs on the front. Also the windshield was not even clean, when I approached the little fat Mexican man, he told me that to get the bugs off was extra, then walked off and would not talk to me, there was another man and lady that also had dirt still on the car and the little fat Mexican man just left and would not talk to anyone. SO IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH DO NOT USE THE BK EXPRESS CAR WASH ON NORTH MAIN IN CLEBURNE, it is a rip off and they do not care about the customers. All they want is your money and they ripped me off for a service they did not provide. read more

put a number out there that we can actually use to get a hold of you I want to cancel my monthly car wash please put a number up that I can call you so that I can cancel it this is ridiculous I live too far out of state to go back and cancel it in person randal.pope@yahoo.com read more

Just washed my truck there talked to the "manager" there, bugs still on windshield, mirrors, grille bumpers, running boards not clean, wheel wells dirty etc. Didn't purchase upgrade but for 12.00 I expect better. There are plenty of free vacuum stations for the tp be spread out every other "lane" instead of just enough for 6 or so vehicles close enough that you can't open the doors wide enough to really get in to vacumen without car doors hitting vehicle next to your own.Manager very RUDE !!!! IRATE THIS PLACE A ZERO read more

Not sure if I spoke with the owner of this establishment today, I was in their joshua location when the conveyor chain dislodged, leaving my car half washed and stuck. the employee informed me it would be quite a while before he could get the facilities back online. He then told me I could go to the cleburne location since its owned by the same person. The guy in Cleburne had a wierd looking tattoo between his eye brows. Then he said the most ignorant thing to me I've ever heard. He said even though both car washes are owned by the same person he would not allow me to have my car washed at the cleburne location and that I would have to drive back to joshua when its back up. Quote he said "what happens in joshua stays in joshua, I cant give out free washes in cleburne" guess what you idiot, i paid for a wash so it's not free, not a 3 dollar wash, 16 bucks with all the stupid upgrades. Just drive past these two locations, go to burleson car wash or lonestar in cleburne. I'll just start washing my cars at home again. Customer service really sucks now days. This place is certainly no exception. read more

Worst car wash ever. Never using it again. Never enough vacuum hoses. Never cleans my truck. Still have bird poop on the windshield. Worst customer service ever, gave me a fake number to call to resolve the issue. read more
