I went expecting my car to be cleaner after I left. I spent 1 1/2 hours & $65. The floors were…read morehaphazardly vacuumed. The edges & under the mats or edges under the seats were not vacuumed. I don't expect the entire under the seat but the edge you can see had candy wrappers. The back of SUV was not vacuumed at all. I paid extra for the seats to be wiped & armor all. Neither was done. The inside windows were not cleaned. The dash which they said was cleaned was not even wiped. The windows were not cleaned. I paid their high prices for their "The Works" service. I had to completely redo everything. I paid for full service & got no service. Next time I'll do a self service car wash. Another time I went I had stuff stolen from my car. Now I make sure absolutely nothing is in my car. Yes it was my fault for leaving something in it but that's just wrong!
