No one called to let me know they would be 1.5 hours late after the window. I called to check in, when i found out it was going to be late. I was promised it would only be 20 minutes late. One hour and half, later and 3-4 phone calls, no ice. Finally it arrived 1.5 hours after our window. They had excuses, but did not change the fact that the ice was 1.5 hours late. No apologies, i asked to speak to manager or owner, no response. This is not what i would consider relying on a deliver with an agreed two hour window. I would have been fine with a 3 hour window. They still charge the delivery fee! No call back. Not sure I would trust them with on time delivery with in a two hour window.
