Ordered ice for a large group, 400 guests, ordered in advance, 4 days prior it was a funeral. We had agreed on a 2 hour window. No one called to let me know they would be 1.5 hours late after the window. I called to check in, when i found out it was going to be late. I was promised it would only be 20 minutes late. One hour and half, later and 3-4 phone calls, no ice. Finally it arrived 1.5 hours after our window. They had excuses, but did not change the fact that the ice was 1.5 hours late. No apologies, i asked to speak to manager or owner, no response. This is not what i would consider relying on a deliver with an agreed two hour window. I would have been fine with a 3 hour window. They still charge the delivery fee! No call back. Not sure I would trust them with on time delivery with in a two hour window. read more

They haven't had a reliable service for awhile. They don't arrive when they're supposed to and don't answer their phones or return calls in good time. They have really dropped the ball. Management must be on vacation. Use their service at your own risk...but when your business has customers waiting to be served and they can't because you don't have ice available...good luck. read more
