Terrible customer service! We have a leased chest on our job site. I have had numerous occasions where I call for a delivery, then have to call again to make sure they are coming. Yesterday I called and left a message for a delivery. This morning I called to verify, he said yes, someone would be out today. After we ran out of ice I called again only to be told they didn't get the message, they don't know who I spoke to this morning, they have no record of a delivery today. It is currently 104 degrees, I have an entire job site working out in the sun, and they have no cold water. I have also asked that we be on a regular rotation during the summer. Just show up every Wednesday. They said they would, but obviously never have. There are other ice delivery services that can do the same job. Awesome service! I needed to get dry ice for my wedding cake delivery. I didn't realize-that they don't take credit card but the guy was very nice and gave me the dry ice for free. I really appreciate that. That is great service for me I will be buying dry ice from them again. Thank you! read more
