This is a hip trendy Indian ice cream shop that offers some very unique flavors. It is part of a small chain of ice cream shops and is located in a small strip mall, sandwiched between Hyderabad House, an Indian cuisine restaurant (I believe that they are managed/operated by the same people) and Harmony Steakhouse.
Being that it is in a strip mall, there is more than ample parking available to visit the shop. The shop serves authentic Indian Cassata Ice Cream, It is also 100% vegetarian and egg free. They have a decent selection to choose from. They have traditional flavors like butter pecan, cookies and cream, chocolate chip cookie dough, chocolate, rum raisin, strawberry and vanilla. Some of their more exotic flavors include: figs and walnut, thandai, sitafal, rajbhog, malai kulfi, mawa.kulfi, kulfi falooda, and chickoo.
As with most ice cream shops, they offer free samples and I highly recommend that you take advantage of it because of their ice cream's uniqueness and not being the usual flavors that you are use to. All the ice cream looks appealing to me, but I was able to easily eliminate some flavors by trying a sample of it.
I wanted to try something different, but good and decided to go with their rajbhog ice cream in a cup. The littles went with cookies and cream and chocolate chip cookie dough, both in waffle cones. The ice cream was very fresh and flavorful. My littles and I enjoyed it.
In addition to ice cream, the shop has ice cream cakes, kulfi drinks/coolers, and kulfi slices, The guys working the counter during my visit were friendly and helpful.
The shop is kind of small and does not have an indoor or outdoor seating. So, you have to take your ice cream to go, and eat it in your vehicle or at home. This is is nice ice cream shop. I will admit that their treats are a bit on the more expensive end. Some of there flavors may be an acquired taste so be sure to try your flavor of ice cream before you buy. read more
