They asked a lot of questions, had me get an MRI, and ultimately they couldn't figure out what was causing the pain. Ok, no big deal, they ended up referring me to a neurologist. The problem is, the neurologist never called to set up an appointment. Additionally, I've called Dr. To's office at least eight times over the last month to get a status update on the referral, and have never received a call back. Each time leaving a voicemail because Dr To's medical assistants never pick up the phone. All I can say is that I hope I don't have a serious underlying condition because there's been a ton of valuable time wasted while I wait on this clinic to do their jobs.

Got home and started my first therapy session on the ROMTECH bike. Recovery went quickly and almost painless. He stayed in contact with me during recovery. At my first post op appointment, they took exrays of my knee and I was good to go. Right knee.. drove five days after replacement. walked without assistance. He did a phenomenal job. Absolutely minimal scarring and no lingering pain years later. I tore the ACL in my other leg in 2016, had forgotten Stefan's name or contact info and didn't go back to my friend out of embarrassment. I went to someone else that I found through my insurance company. He was so much worse that I would end up giving him a '2' in comparison If I didn't know how good it could be with Stefan I might have given the new guy a 4. Massive scar that split and then it got infected and he didn't treat it or reconnect it. Worse still is that knee is more likely to give me pain during exercise.
