My neck and shoulder pain had been going on for about 20 months and seeing two different medical doctors and three different chiropractors did me no good at all. Brandon also said that he doesn't do a whole bunch of x-rays nor will he expect you to come to any more appointments than are absolutely necessary. The primary reasons for saying Dr. Brandon is the best doctor I've ever been to are that he is extremely knowledgeable-very compassionate- keeps you informed about what is happening and why-and suggested that I get an MRI to see if part of my problem is degenerative and explained what he can, or can't, do about that. In addition to his top level medical knowledge and practices, he is a humble person that is very easy to communicate with and doesn't promise anything he can't deliver.

I went through their treatment program and gain upmost respect for Soul Surgery that lead me to change my career to Behavioral Health, and was hired on as a BHT. Starting in January 2024 they notified the staff they were unable to pay their employees for various reasons. Most of us stayed on because we believed in the program. As time went on the respect and hope dwindled, one by one employees dropped off because they needed to pay for gas, groceries and bills. I stayed on as long as I could with only 4 employees left. In April, I was offered by HR to take a volunteer lay-off and collect unemployment and volunteer at Soul Surgery. I declined, I did ask if I take the lay-off if I will still get paid from insurance claim from a discharge client with the checks they received and she/HR said yes. That said, I did not get paid. The way they treated their staff gives treatment centers a bad name.

I went to this practice specifically for PRP injections having exhausted so many other treatments for chronic neck pain. Multiple people told me to try this treatment because it helped them immensely. I did three rounds of injections as advised. No imaging/mri was ever taken or done before hand which I questioned. The injections were painful and each time I let them know I was getting much relief. I paid 1675.00 for three treatments and was told that generally helps most people. After the third treatment I was told I may have to much damage and stem cell injections would be the next option. I confirmed with other doctors that stem cells cannot be taken from the stomach area which is what this clinic does. So thankful I did not spend the 5,000 here on that treatment. After being in pain, spending money and getting no relief I moved on and had several second opinions. I learned PRP injections are done very differently and was advised by reputable doctors that I was scammed. An mri is a bare minimum when injecting into the neck and the amount of prp used was extremely low. Also, it is generally one treatment and you are under anesthesia because they go through many layers. When a person is in pain they are desperate for some relief and I feel this clinic took advantage and took my money. The treatments are not being done properly and it creates false hope and then you are left with no relief and cannot get that money back. Unacceptable. Please go to a reputable doctor for PRP if you are considering. I'm trying to get my money back with no luck. I need to have PRP done again elsewhere and the money would go towards it.

I had elbow surgery performed.He took out chips of bone straightened my arm in my tendon. He referred me to the cardinal's training facility for rehab. Two weeks after the surgery the rehab placed asked why he put me in a sling. They said now that i'm in a sling that the tendons have shrunk. They attempted to straighten my arm by having one of the football players.Sit on my arm and get it straight. After three days of trying to deal with the pain i finally had to give in and let the elbow stay bent. The most disturbing thing about this is when I asked him why he put me in a sling.He left the room went into another room.I heard him on the phone telling the rehab place that if they ever questioned his work.He would never send anybody back as far as a referral. I now realize that he has a god complex, just like most doctors and doesn't want to admit when things are done improperly. I also recently spoke to a registered nurse in orthopedics, and she said that that is one hundred percent the way Donald Sheridan is!
