I started in my mid 30's with ongoing back issues, and over the years, they've helped me stay active and functioning despite severe disc degeneration, bulging discs, scoliosis, and arthritis. I was even told by an orthopedic surgeon years ago that I likely wouldn't be walking past age 35, which makes the care I've received here even more meaningful. They've also cared for my kids through years of intense sports like gymnastics, figure skating, and hockey all the way through college. Having someone you trust with both your own health and your kids' says everything. But that review deserves one of its own. For now, Dr Chris' care with my 3 kiddos has been incredible. What keeps me coming back after all these years is the genuine care and compassion. I've always felt listened to and supported, and everything is explained in a way that actually makes sense. The staff is just as kind and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. I recommend them to friends all the time without hesitation. That alone probably says more than anything else I could write.

The first thing I noticed was that I could schedule an appointment on the business website but I do want to caution others that the doctor still takes patients on a first come first serve basis. I would still recommend that you schedule an appointment online because I had a situation where I wanted to have an adjustment just prior to a vacation and so I scheduled an appointment to the day before I was leaving for my vacation and the evening before I received a text message directly from the Chiropractor, Dr. Troy, that something came up and he would not be able to open his clinic the day of my appointment. I explained I was very disappointed because my hip was out and I was going to be going out of town on vacation but I would try to get in to see another chiropractor by my home. He expressed concern and even reached out to me the next morning via text to make sure that I could get an appointment with another chiropractor. Now for the capabilities of Dr Troy. I have been to quite a few different chiropractors and I have to say he has to be the best chiropractor I have ever been to. He listens to symptoms and what your experience with chiropractors have been in the past and uses that in his adjustments with you. I am grateful for the cost of his services and the location. Give him a try!

Her external cues for activating the pelvic core were spot-on and made a noticeable difference in how I could feel and engage those muscles. Because I have significant scar tissue around my jaw and neck from stage 4 cancer, I've developed considerable weakness in my deep neck muscles and SCM's. Jordan performed outstanding fascial, hands-on work that released a tremendous amount of tension -- it was both relaxing and transformative. After our session, I experienced hella improvement in my neck range of motion and overall stability in my neck and head. Jordan's expertise, compassion, and holistic understanding of the body made this one of the most beneficial appointments I've had in my post-cancer therapy journey. I found myself wondering, "How am I going to walk 10 hours a day if I can't even hold it?" That's what initially brought me to the Vagina Docs--but what I received was so much more than I ever expected. Not only did we address the bladder issues, but we also worked through hip and back pain, muscle stiffness, and learned the right stretches to keep me going day after day. We discussed nutrition, built mental resilience, and explored the emotional readiness I needed for such a transformational journey. This experience wasn't just about physical healing--it was about being seen, supported, and empowered in ways I didn't even know I needed. I am so grateful for the care, wisdom, and strength Dr. Jordan and Dr. Jocelyn poured into me. Thank you for helping me walk with confidence--literally and figuratively--every step of the way.
