Worthless low life non caring doctor. Never have known a doctor that refuses to help a patient that is struggling with intense pain. [

I shortly afterward actually met with Dr. Siwek, Jr. He's a good doctor, knowledgeable and good at explaining options and treatments. The whole good nature of his practice goes completely down the tubes when it comes to communicating with this operation. No matter when you call, you are going to be on hold anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. Then you are greeted by the unfriendliest of receptionists, who can't wait to pass you onto yet another line, where you'll wait another 20 minutes before you'll get disconnected. And when you choose the option of leaving a message to "save your place in line," you'll also never hear back from them. Also, the party that sets the appointments showed little empathy for me (can only assume all folks get the same treatment) having to wait 6 weeks in strong pain to get into see anyone in any of their offices. Siwek Sr. needs to either hire more people, and/or find someone to better train his existing employees to remember who his patients are - people in pain!

He is truly appreciated. His schedulers are very pleasant to work with when getting set up for treatments. After reading some of these negative reviews, we are wondering who they really saw...not our Dr. John Wallace. Mike H. Pam B.

Off the top of my head, I cannot think of a person who is more irresponsible - or more of an…read moreincompetent jerk - than "Dr" John Wallace. I had been going to CORE for three years, and with the exception of another incompetent and rude spine specialist (Jessica Hepburn), I have pretty much been more than satisfied with the quality of care -that is, until I met John Wallace... I am a sickly person - so much so, that I take my 78-year-old mother to appointments with me in case I fall, or worse. My mother was appalled by the behavior of this doctor, and she has quadruple the patience that I have. I am an Addiction Psychologist, so I diagnose conditions and afflictions for a living. John Wallace is the textbook definition of Narcissistic Personality Disorder. I went to see him for a number of pain locales, first and foremost being degenerative arthritis in the lower back. John Wallace refused to listen to me, and he proceeded to tell ME how I felt and how severe my symptoms are and are not (!). He asked me if the pain was radiating down and throughout the legs, and when I told him yes ... that is my primary concern ... he glossed over everything I had just told him and proceeded to tell ME that I don't really have pain there... When he saw the exposed nerves in the MRIs of my neck and lower back, he claimed that IF - and only IF - the pain was radiating, then he might suggest surgery. BUT, since (he argued, laughably) I do not really experience pain there, there's no need to treat me for any type of affliction, as it's some form of fiction that I need to get over, quit lying about and stop wasting his time with. So here's to say: John Wallace - I apologize for wasting your time, but fear not - I will NEVER return to see you again, and I will share this disastrous experience with every friend, family member and stranger. We, as patients, wouldn't want to be the cause of your "burnout". The goal here is ensure you have as few patients as it is possible, so that more innocent folks are not subjected to your abusive behavior.

I'm going to say the typical "if I could give this place 0 stars I would" based on MULTIPLE…read moreexperiences my mother had. For her first visit she made an appointment at a location convenient to her and when she went in to drop off her new patient paperwork, they told her that the doctor she was scheduled with didn't come to that office which was not what she was originally told. She was then told that her doctor was leaving the practice, so she set up an appointment with a nurse practitioner for a few weeks later. Her telehealth visit was at 7AM in which the nurse practitioner did not show up to. My Mom had already waited an EXTRA two weeks because of THEIR scheduling errors. So she called and rescheduled the teleheath appt for the end of that day, which must have pissed the nurse practitioner off, because when she saw my mother she was extremely rude and rushed because she was so bothered that she had to stay an extra 30 minutes (if that) to take care of my mother as a patient, which is HER JOB. So, last week my mom tried to get a refill on her Gabapentin (which is NOT an opiate or a narcotic), and they denied her prescription. They never bothered to call her so she called them and was very rudely told she needed to see someone before they would refill it. By this point four days had already gone by and she was going to be out. The MA that called her back was extremely rude and told her she HAD to come in Monday if she wanted her refill. No courtesy, no options given, just nasty attitude. My mom said forget it and that she'd go see someone else (wouldn't you?). In the meantime my mom calls her primary care to get a refill to hold her over until she finds another specialist and this office HAD CALLED MY MOTHERS PRIMARY CARE AND TOLD THEM SHE WAS UNCOOPERATIVE AND THAT SHE DISPLAYED DRUG SEEKING BEHAVIOR. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. HOW, HOW could you do that to someone after treating her the way you did? She has NEVER, NEVER taken drugs in her life and HATES narcotics. So now my mother's Primary care wont fill her prescription and shes stuck being in pain and having to find TWO new doctors. I'm in the medical field and have been for 15 years and I have never thought an office was such trash in my entire life. SHAME on you. If I could call you every name in the book, I would. If you want patient care or expect to be treated with any kind of respect, don't come here.

They honestly do not care if you are without your pain meds. You can never speak to a live person unless you leave a message and wait 3 days for them to call you back. Then, they like to argue with you as if they know who you are. A 2 minute telehealth visit will run you about $400. Then they won't even call in your scripts. I have been without my medications for 4 days plus another 2 over the weekend. These doctors and practitioners do not take your health and pain seriously. This Estrella location is horrible. The Chandler location is much better. I am going to change businesses and report these jokers to the medical board for abandonment. Do yourselves a favor and find a better place with peoe who honestly care.

I was not even finished completing my sentence. As I tried to explain to her again, that it doesn't work when I get transferred to the Avondale office, she interrupted me again stating, "YOU'RE TALKING TO ME RIGHT NOW, IT WORKS!" I am appalled that you let someone speak to customers like this. I told her not to take so much offense and listen to what I am saying, when I get transferred nobody picks up, and it goes into a loop of press 8 to speak to the Avondale office. Even Hulga from that office said, "They are having trouble with the new phone system." I am trying to reschedule a procedure and I cannot get through. I am looking for a resolution to this matter, when I asked to speak to her supervisor again she was rude and said, "NO, THEY DON'T TAKE CALLS!" and gave me this email in hopes that I wouldn't write to you and complain...
