Ppl are NOT going to come where they are mistreated ) He's a great guy and extremely HANDSOME wowwww ---NO, NO SERIOUSLY YALL !!!!!! Truly a blessing to his wife right! Oh, and his teammmm ( yup they love us too) they're also blessed to work together with such an Amazingly warm hearted person. And handsome ( oh I already said that!) Dr. Mussman projects his positive energy into his team and his humbleness into his work. He's patient and thorough. The whole place is so thoughtful! Imma need him to be my overall doctor ( primary care doctor lol) cause he really listens and doesn't seem distracted when he's caring for me and my family.) If you are looking for a Doctor who's willing to go the extra mile to care for his family (aka patients aka me ) , a surgeon who's well rounded and pays attention to detail and extremely professional ( all lll of his staff there are amazing and very professional, it's beautiful.) oh and his offices are very Classy, sexy, Sassy really inviting! They do it all there ( you just gotta check in out for yourself! Everyone is pretty and happy yk) I've been to some raunchy offices that do the same work that Dr. Mussman's office does . The people in an out of Dr. Mussman's offices look really pretty after the many different procedures that they do there (and trust me I beezz looking) But, Truthfully and seriously, I recommend Dr. Mussman and his team! He's passionate about his work, patients and his staff! He's truly amazing at his craft SERIOUSLY!!! He goes above and beyond to be perfect and make us perfect-because he genuinely cares about us! He has chronic nerve pain from the many preventable post operative complications he suffered as a result. We were impressed by the online reviews. Our experience was the opposite of what I've read. It's hard to believe we are talking about the same provider.

Just like previous patients, I encountered a rude, condescending, bitter tiny receptionist. I said…read morehello because she obviously wasn't going to greet me. She was in the middle of a funny gossip fest with her coworker. Turned to look at me with no greeting after mine, and changing her expression to a very serious angry face, she said: name. I answered with a smile to show that I wasn't there to upset her very sad low life. As she checked my name in, she turned to her coworker again and it was instant smile and gossip about her situation. Again turns to me, flat angry face because I obviously interrupted her gossip time, hands me a clip board and with no further words, turns back to her story. I, being a client of over 2 years already know I have to fill out paperwork. But, if I was a new client, I would have been mad with the service. Thankfully my physician is great and friendly and caring. On my way out I made sure I walked over to the other coworker, with glasses, she was friendlier and at least said thank you to me when I handed over the clip board. She even asked questions for follow ups and wished me a good day. Now, even though she was the one talking with the rude unprofessional one before, at least she did her job when approached. I should give it less stars, but like I said, Todd is great. The other Doctor rushes you too much but Todd is on it. After 2 years, gota pick my battles.

I shortly afterward actually met with Dr. Siwek, Jr. He's a good doctor, knowledgeable and good at explaining options and treatments. The whole good nature of his practice goes completely down the tubes when it comes to communicating with this operation. No matter when you call, you are going to be on hold anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. Then you are greeted by the unfriendliest of receptionists, who can't wait to pass you onto yet another line, where you'll wait another 20 minutes before you'll get disconnected. And when you choose the option of leaving a message to "save your place in line," you'll also never hear back from them. Also, the party that sets the appointments showed little empathy for me (can only assume all folks get the same treatment) having to wait 6 weeks in strong pain to get into see anyone in any of their offices. Siwek Sr. needs to either hire more people, and/or find someone to better train his existing employees to remember who his patients are - people in pain!

I'm going to say the typical "if I could give this place 0 stars I would" based on MULTIPLE…read moreexperiences my mother had. For her first visit she made an appointment at a location convenient to her and when she went in to drop off her new patient paperwork, they told her that the doctor she was scheduled with didn't come to that office which was not what she was originally told. She was then told that her doctor was leaving the practice, so she set up an appointment with a nurse practitioner for a few weeks later. Her telehealth visit was at 7AM in which the nurse practitioner did not show up to. My Mom had already waited an EXTRA two weeks because of THEIR scheduling errors. So she called and rescheduled the teleheath appt for the end of that day, which must have pissed the nurse practitioner off, because when she saw my mother she was extremely rude and rushed because she was so bothered that she had to stay an extra 30 minutes (if that) to take care of my mother as a patient, which is HER JOB. So, last week my mom tried to get a refill on her Gabapentin (which is NOT an opiate or a narcotic), and they denied her prescription. They never bothered to call her so she called them and was very rudely told she needed to see someone before they would refill it. By this point four days had already gone by and she was going to be out. The MA that called her back was extremely rude and told her she HAD to come in Monday if she wanted her refill. No courtesy, no options given, just nasty attitude. My mom said forget it and that she'd go see someone else (wouldn't you?). In the meantime my mom calls her primary care to get a refill to hold her over until she finds another specialist and this office HAD CALLED MY MOTHERS PRIMARY CARE AND TOLD THEM SHE WAS UNCOOPERATIVE AND THAT SHE DISPLAYED DRUG SEEKING BEHAVIOR. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. HOW, HOW could you do that to someone after treating her the way you did? She has NEVER, NEVER taken drugs in her life and HATES narcotics. So now my mother's Primary care wont fill her prescription and shes stuck being in pain and having to find TWO new doctors. I'm in the medical field and have been for 15 years and I have never thought an office was such trash in my entire life. SHAME on you. If I could call you every name in the book, I would. If you want patient care or expect to be treated with any kind of respect, don't come here.

They honestly do not care if you are without your pain meds. You can never speak to a live person unless you leave a message and wait 3 days for them to call you back. Then, they like to argue with you as if they know who you are. A 2 minute telehealth visit will run you about $400. Then they won't even call in your scripts. I have been without my medications for 4 days plus another 2 over the weekend. These doctors and practitioners do not take your health and pain seriously. This Estrella location is horrible. The Chandler location is much better. I am going to change businesses and report these jokers to the medical board for abandonment. Do yourselves a favor and find a better place with peoe who honestly care.

I fasted to have bloodwork done at my physical, but when I finally get back to the room the nurse practitioner Angela Carney apologized and said the scheduling department screwed up and shouldn't have scheduled me for the appointment because I wasn't qualified for a physical until November. I then receive a bill from the office for an office visit for $75. I've been on the phone numerous times to get it resolved and they refuse to write off the balance because of their mistake. On top of it, they tell me to reach out to the provider directly, but she's never available and doesn't return calls. I would avoid Village Medical at all costs. You are just a number.

When I went to the appointment the person at the front desk said "we do not accept this plan, even though they had verified my coverage when setting up the appointment. They said, but you can pay for the appointment in cash. Later they said we can have you insurance coverage changed by our representative, then I could attend my appointment. I said "no", I do not want to change my plan. I asked to speak with the office manager to discuss this problem. The front desk person said "there is no manager here". So I asked her to call the manager. She said she could not call the manager, but would send the manager a message. I have still not spoken to the manager. This is an example of the gross incompetence of the front office personnel. A patient properly schedules an appointment. The staff verifies coverage. The patient drives across town for the appointment, only to be denied the appointment, unless the patient pays in cash or ultimately agrees to change their insurance coverage. This is not the kind of incompetent front office staff that patients should have to deal with. Strongly recommend against going to Village Medical due to their incompetent administrative staff.
