I can honestly say these people don't care about their patients. They are solely driven by taking ur money, with providing the least amount of service and hospitality possible! Essentially once they have your insurance, & don't have to rely on you paying every visit. After a miserable experience, I was bombarded with emails and phone calls to get you back in. Few years passed, & after suffering a shoulder dislocation, I set up another appointment two weeks in advance, thinking they might be under new management. I showed up within minutes of my appointment, and 30 minutes gone by with the receptionist only coming out from the back once. She notified doctor Sonya I was waiting to see her, patient after patient came in, all but one was complaining about how these people always make them wait in the lobby for ever. With one lady arguing with her mother, contemplating just walking into the back and interrupting the lounge session. After occupying the lobby for over an hour and half, the doctor finally comes out and apologizes because they made some mistake and probably double book. Despite pulling up my appointment on the computer, I was asked by the doctor to wait 30 min and they will see me. I waited 30 minutes, then the receptionist came out and asked me to wait an additional hour and half, at which point I walked out. I have never met a company more deserving of bankruptcy. We have to stop funding subpar business or they will never change! If you love your country, & have any respect for Pat Tillman or his family, I strongly urge you to avoid this establishment.

Instead of Ms. Cline having a conversation with me to help me better understand, she stated that she couldn't talk to me until or unless I signed her malpractice documents. FISHY! I've NEVER encountered a healthcare professional like this in my life. I guess the entire lobby filled with supplements and the printed sign by check in stating "due to so many cancellations, you will now be charged for missed appointments". Good luck with charging me. But, I told myself that if this worked, I would shout it from the rooftops So here we are. I had a number of complications after having August. Once I was able to leave the hospital, the issues slowly continued. Over the next six months, they began to be unbearable. I was constantly in horrible pain & felt sick 15-20 days out of the month. Some days I couldn't even get out of bed. I wasn't able to enjoy the life I had waited so long to have. After countless Doctor visits, tests, scans and MRI's. I was told I had multiple issues, including Endometriosis. I had heard of it, but had no clue what it really was and that almost 7 million women deal with this diagnosis. It was a literal hell. I was told I would need major surgery and that wouldn't even be a 100% fix. I decided to try another route. After much research I found Oasis Women's Clinic. I was met with more empathy and kindness than any Doctor I've ever had. She assured me that she could have me feeling better with weekly visits using traditional Chinese acupuncture and herbal medicine. Each week I felt better and better. Rebecca is the real deal!!! I started seeing her back in February of this year. I had a miscarriage…read morea year before in May. Then my husband and I decided to hold off on trying for a baby because I needed surgery to remove my left Fallopian tube and some endometriosis. Fast forward to February of 2022, we became pregnant but I had my second miscarriage. I felt so hopeless and afraid. I started doing research on doctors, acupuncturists, herbs, supplements, etc. While seeing Rebecca, I was also seeing an infertility specialist who ran a full panel of tests to see if there was a reason as to why I was miscarrying. From February until about July we were instructed by our doc to hold off on trying until we received our tests back. In the meantime, Rebecca helped prepare my body for conception. I was given herbal teas weekly to drink. We did acupuncture sessions once a week. She tailored each session to how I was feeling that week. Bad migraine? Okay we will focus on that and do acupuncture in the areas that we're experiencing pain. Feeling extra crampy or pain in pelvis? We did extra work in the pelvic region and she would adjust the teas according to how I felt. I will also mention, that even though we were preparing my body for conception, Rebecca was also working on my endometriosis pain. My pain was usually at about an 8-9 every time I had a period. I even had horrible pain when I wasn't menstruating. A few months in, I noticed my pain had substantially gotten better. My periods were at a about a 4, which was honestly unheard of for me. In July, I was given the okay by my doc to try again since all my tests came back normal. In September, I found out I was pregnant again. I was terrified, but Rebecca always seemed confident and was always optimistic about it. This pregnancy was definitely different than my previous two, as in I felt symptoms pretty much instantly and because I didn't bleed at all, which with the other two I did. I honestly attribute that to the help of Rebecca and the practice of Chinese medicine. I was so skeptical, but here I am today writing this and I'm 15 weeks. Not only is she great at what she does, her presence is calm and she makes you feel like you're a good friend of hers.
