The masseuses aren't the best here, they really hit some painful joints and spots and don't notice except for when I twitch and they say relax. The massage was not enjoyable which is unfortunate because it was 160 for the two without tip and you gotta tip for both of the masseuses not worth it. I'm sorry

My best friend came to town to celebrate her 40th birthday, and we wanted to pamper ourselves as she was struggling a bit with this birthday. I looked at SEVERAL places to try and get massages at the same time. I couldn't figure out the online booking, so we just booked at separate times. When Carrie called to ask about the duplicate booking, I explained what I was trying to do, and she was amazing at booking us! All of this fantastic service was before the massages! When we showed up for the appointment, the atmosphere was already set from the moment the door opened, and both Carrie and Leandra were pretty epic! I am 100% going to be utilizing Desert Sage Bodywork for my future self-care needs, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much for everything today!

I arrived early for my 2:15 appointment and was left sitting by the front desk. While waiting, I overheard my massage therapist, Ami, being told I was there. Her response was, "My who is here?" followed by, "She scheduled an appointment under her name for someone else, that's really weird." I then heard them continue discussing me and my girlfriend more quietly. When they finally came up front, I told Ami I had heard everything. She apologized repeatedly and said, "I've had a long day, but that's no excuse." I agreed--it wasn't an excuse. My girlfriend was simply trying to do something thoughtful for me. I left without getting the massage and thankfully wasn't charged. Completely unprofessional and an awful way to treat a new client. I won't be returning.

I only had about two hours of free time and decided to get a massage. Krave had great reviews and had an appointment available in the timeframe I needed, so I went ahead and booked. I've had hundreds of massages and going to a new place can be hit or miss, but this turned out to be a hit. I was greeted by Brett in the lobby and we chit chatted about what I was looking for before he got started. Let me tell you, Brett understood the assignment. It was truly the most relaxing hour of my trip. He was wonderful, checking in with me about my needs and the pressure but still giving me the peace and quiet I needed. He was truly skilled, he worked on all the areas that were carrying tension while focusing on giving me a relaxing experience. At the end he massaged my face (MY FACE) and I was transported into another dimension of relaxation. Brett is great at his job! I'll be back in a few weeks and am very much looking forward to getting away for another massage at Krave. 10/10, I highly recommend Krave and Brett. Great massage!

I purposefully waited to leave a review to see how my body felt months later. I had hurt my shoulders late May/early June and it was just persistent pain everyday. Not enough that I felt like needing to see a doctor but more annoying than anything. I had my milestone birthday in August and thought to treat myself and Hubby to a couples massage. All my prior visits at Elements were fantastic and this visit was no different. I promised myself that if my shoulders were not better after this visit that I would go see a doctor. We splurged on a 90 minute massage with their more experienced masseuses (more experience = higher cost). From the initial booking of the appointment over the phone and to the end of the visit was everything I had hoped for. I was in true disbelief after our session ended that my pain was completely erased. It did come back after 2 hours but it was way less noticeable. Now a solid 2+ months later, it's about 90% healed. I really believe that my road to healing was kick-started here and I cannot thank the staff, especially Devony and Leah, enough. I would love to return more often but it is really cost-prohibitive for me. I don't trust in most paid memberships in general and reviews speaking about that solidifies my decision in not enrolling in it. If you're looking to splurge on a one-time treat for yourself or a loved one, you won't go wrong visiting here.

I also very much appreciate their space and how clean it is and that they have a bathroom in each colonic room; it makes each colonic session even more comfortable. I was looking for a colonic place with a closed-machine-system since that's what I'm used to for over 13 years in SoCal. I have looked and mostly seen that the Phoenix / Scottsdale area seems to offer a lot of open-machine-colonic-systems and I tried it, but it definitely wasn't for me. That's when I became even more grateful that I finally found a place like Healing of the Body and Mind! I saw Erica, and I am extremely grateful for her beyond belief! I do believe she's heaven-sent! I found her when I needed her the most! I moved from CA and dearly missed my previous Colonic-Therapist/friend. I didn't believe I'd find anybody like my previous, until I met Erica! She embodies everything and more I've been looking for in a Holistic Colon Hydrotherapist!!! She's experienced, knowledgeable, extremely patient, kind, gentle, caring, sweet, thoughtful, and quite literally the Coach that held my hand when I most needed one! My gut issues had gotten bad, I was in pain frequently and couldn't eat much without having side effects. I was desperate and I knew I needed to do my gut liver / gallbladder detox / cleanse again! I found Healing of the Body and Mind and quickly scheduled the two colonic appointments they suggest (to open up the detox pathways) with Erica, I also scheduled a Foot Detox Bath right before a colonic, so I can detox even further. I also did a lymphatic massage with Kasia; anything that would help me reset and jumpstart into my detox/cleanse/healing again. There is a HUGE difference from seeing a Colonic Therapist for a closed-colonic-system session to sit with you and walk you through the entire session quite literally being your mental and physical Healing Coach/Supporter through it all, than sitting in a room alone through a colonic session with an open-system. I am extremely grateful for Erica!!! She is definitely my person and my new healing buddy!! I did my 8 day Fasting / Liver / Gall Bladder flush/detox/cleanse with her and I am also scheduling my maintenance sessions with her in between my longer detox/cleanses, so I don't let my gut issues get to that bad point again. Erica is definitely the person to see and walk you through your colonic sessions and gut cleanses with TLC! Thank you everyone at Healing of the Body and Mind!
