I was even told by an orthopedic surgeon years ago that I likely wouldn't be walking past age 35, which makes the care I've received here even more meaningful. They've also cared for my kids through years of intense sports like gymnastics, figure skating, and hockey all the way through college. After that experience, I will not be returning. The business model felt more like a high‑pressure sales funnel than patient‑centered care. The treatment plan they pushed was extremely expensive, especially considering I have continued my own therapy & the following week, I went back to my trusted chiropractor in the same area, who did not nor has he ever pressured me into thousands of dollars of prepaid treatments and has helped me tremendously at a far more reasonable cost. Parkway said they can't use the codes the insurance company provided. Be cautious using this business. If a business tells you it is approved then it should be done. Not professional.
