I had originally tried some of the smaller Ma and Pa shops and they actually got mad at me for bringing a down comforter. What I do like about this place is the turnaround time on Cleaning the text messages to remind you that your pick up is ready and that there is a no hassle no argument on the fees. In fact, the fees and pricing are totally transparent, which is fantastic. What makes this location special are the ladies who are working here no matter what day and time I show up here. They are a group of super friendly, hard-working women and I don't know if they get enough credit, but I sure hope they do.

On one occasion, I brought in a men's coat for dry cleaning. It was returned to me in the same condition: not cleaned at all and still visibly wrinkled inside and out, indicating that even basic finishing/pressing had not been performed. I immediately on the spot raised this issue with Mercedes and she did not like that, immediately she's confrontational, lies, changes the story and gets mad when you prove your point. I had also specifically requested that the buttons be covered to prevent damage, and that request was not followed. While she offered to redo the work (and pick up the coat in 2 days), this was not a practical solution at the time, as the coat was needed that same evening and the following morning for travel. This left me paying for a service that was not performed as expected. On a later visits, I brought in several men's shirts; the results were acceptable but not at the level I previously experienced. Most concerning, during my most recent visit with a men's suit, I was told by one of the women, that they would no longer do business with me, without any explanation. At the same time, I continue to receive promotional emails and marketing communications from them, which is confusing and unprofessional given that I was refused service and they closed my account. Overall, this has been a very unpleasant experience, failure to perform contracted services, failure to follow specific customer instructions, inadequate quality control, and inconsistent and arbitrary customer service practices.

I brought in a very expensive linen summer jacket for her to dry clean to remove a few spots after just wearing it for a couple weeks. When I picked it up and brought it home, it was shrunk by at least 2-3 sizes. Although I paid for it to be dry-cleaned, it was obviously laundered. When I brought it in to show her, she was extremely aggressive to me, refused to listen to my concerns and kicked me out of her store. This to me is not a very proper way to run a business. I asked her to please send it into the corporate offices to see what she could do to offset the $600 I spent to replace the jacket, and she simply refused to do that, and took no responsibility for the mistake made by one of her employees. My MESSAGE to anyone who takeS their clothes to be dry cleaned is: STAY AWAY, unless you are willing the risk of their workers to cheat you out of your money by taking the price to dry clean, but instead launder at a cheaper rate, and in the process ruining your good clothes. THE PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF, just as other complaints before my review said. STAY AWAY! There was a worker at the desk to take in laundry and another one was cleaning the lint out of the dryers. It was amazing to see. So much lint. It was like watching Dr Pimple Popper (which I've never done BTW). The high capacity dryers practically dried everything in 10 minutes. It would have been an acceptable level of dryness from my home dryer, but I felt rich and splurged another .25 for another 10 minutes. So easy with the app!

Extremely unprofessional service and complete lack of responsibility…read more I had two very bad experiences with this dry cleaning. First, I brought an expensive dress (around $500). When I came to pick it up on the promised day, they could not find it. Staff searched everywhere -- clean items, dirty items, everything -- and the dress was completely missing. Only the next day I was informed that it was "found." Where it was and why it disappeared remains unclear. Because of this, I did not have my dress for an important event. Despite this serious issue, I gave them another chance -- which was a big mistake. I later brought two expensive white blazers (one ~$500, another ~$300). Both were returned ruined. * One blazer came back with multiple stains that were never there before and is now completely unwearable. * The belt from that blazer was also lost and only returned later after I came back again. * The second blazer (part of a matching set) came back yellow/ivory instead of white, making the set unusable. I received my items in worse condition than when I brought them in. When I pointed this out, staff denied responsibility and claimed the stains were already there, which is absolutely not true. The only "compensation" I received was a refund of the $5 cleaning fee -- for items worth over $800 total. If you care about your clothes, especially expensive ones, I strongly recommend staying away. A clean-looking location and decent Google rating do not reflect the actual quality or accountability of this business.
