If I'd of realized the permit was for my protection and HIS acccountabity, would have done it in a heartbeat! Money was never an issue for me. 2) He claims to create "an illusion of a straight line" instead of plumblining his work! I know I didn't sign a contract for an "illusion" otherwise I would've hired a magician! He calls his poor work "Within Industrial Standards." A picture is worth a thousand words. 1) Right side of steps, Manfred's (the owner) quality of work. If you call that quality. He says: "I've been doing this my whooooooole life" He told me twice: "I would do this for my mother" WOW 2) Left side picture is his worker's quality of work. I'm thinking he needs to take lessons from his worker! 3) picture of the wing wall bows out and in. Value of this work is not worth the frustration. BUYER BEWARE! I would NOT recommend hiring this company to do any projects on your home, unless you want "his quality of work that he's proud of" Check out the complaints on the Better Business Bureau website. After seeing the railing on 3/20/2022 Manfred told us his guy should have put a coating on it after he had made cuts to it during the install last Fall. Manfred will not replace the railing or even remove the rust on it. He'll paint over it - end of conversation (because he turned his back and walked to his sports car and drove away). The work Manfred Masonry did for us resulted in a destroyed front shrub and now a rusted up new railing that we paid $600 for. If you want expensive misery, he's your guy!

He messaged me back within 30 minutes of sending the original message, even when he was working that day. He went over to my parents yard that evening and gave a real quote that was very reasonable. He already had a payment plan and structure given within the first couple of messages after the real estimate. He sent over the official quote, my parents approved and he got them on the schedule within the first week. Did a great job on the first week. He was also open to different plan options. Would recommend! There were many great options for lawn services in the area but he was very responsive and worked with what we needed for first time non-do it yourselfers as my parents are used to cutting their own lawn.

I contacted the owner, Anthony, initially on 3/14/2025 via email followed by multiple text messages in an effort to get him to assess the situation and determine how to resolve the issue. He acknowledged the issue and indicated his intention to repair the section; he was no show on two (2) scheduled appointments and failed to contact me to schedule the repair work or even assess the issue. I have not had any further communication from Land Pro Management since 5/25/2025. He also failed to respond to a complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau. Due to the unresponsiveness of Land Pro Management LLC in my multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I would not recommend this business for concrete work.

Then claimed the apron had to be uniform with the front of the pad. NOT TRUE. That`s why it`s called an apron. I waisted 3000 dollars on that job. Not wide enough to park on; plus when the forms were removed, nothing was under the right rear of the pad bur AIR !!!,. To add insult to injury, the owner has one of his workers dump a bucket of gravel by the corner; plus the concrete there was only 2 '' thick. THEY OWE ME 600 dollars over charge, plus I`d like my receipt paid in full, that I requested several times. They claimed they were the best around ! I beg to differ !! Don D.

Found ourselves snowbound from the recent snow storm...Of course all plow trucks were quite busy…read more Found myself --out of sheer luck-- talking to A New Image Landscape, 1834 Marks Road, Valley City, Ohio 330-460-2400. The whole experience was out of a "dream"--from the call and chat with the Office Staff--the concern about our being "older" and not going out to even shovel around the car--on the services, how they work their plow scheduling, rates, the billing procedure, that they sign their clients up for regular plow and asked when we would like them to automatically come when it snowed --(we chose 4 inches of snow on the ground)..and the office staff had even pulled a summer picture of our driveway from the county maps so the driver could "see" the driveway..and then another call back to let us know the truck and two men were on the way--in case they had to tow us out. Did a beautiful job on the plow---even making sure that we could get out of the drive before they left. Was very impressed with the whole "rescue", the courtesy of all we had contact with...wish we could give them more than a 5 star rating....Will certainly be using them for more than an emergency snow plow....as they also do complete landscaping, spring clean-up and much more. That…read morebusiness fixed the problem of water coming into our house but did nothing about our cracked basement wall, which only got worse over time to the point where the wall was in danger of collapsing. Despite the seriousness of that wall's condition, one or two other companies recommended wall anchor systems, which Brandon recognized would be insufficient to hold back a concrete block wall as deteriorated as ours. He also noted the insulation put around the base of our house by the previous company was meant for indoor use. We did make attempts to contact the company that did the original work, but it was murder trying to get them to respond. They finally did, but by that point we'd decided to go with Hart, even though the other company would've been less expensive. We just didn't trust that first company anymore. I'm glad we chose Hart because they did an excellent job. Brandon was very professional, letting us know what was involved each step of the way. They worked hard and fast and we finally have a great solid basement wall. I'd recommend Hart in an instant to anyone who needs waterproofing and foundation repair.

We had multiple companies out to quote the repair (big name companies that you see advertising everywhere). They all wanted to put band-aids on the problem, Hart Masonry was the only company that wanted to get to the heart of the issue and fix the entire basement so the foundation would be good for life. Most of the digging was done entirely by hand and the repair took 3 days less than originally expected which was a nice surprise.They were polite, efficient, willing to work around our schedule, and cleaned up after the work was completed.
