Essentially, the roof needed remodeled. Storm Bros team worked as a well oiled and ordered machine. They kept their promises. They were clean and efficient. They were professional. The roof no longer leaks and the water now runs off the roof well. I hope to attach pictures when I can take an opportunity to get on the roof. Remove exiting gutters at breezeway, remove existing roof at breezeway, install new 2x10 ridge beam at center location, frame new 2x8 rafters with valleys, add new 12" overhang and fascia at breezeway, install 1/2" OSB roof sheathing, chimney flashing install, installing shingles, detaching gutters, cutting back existing gutters and miter together, rehang and adjust gutters, soffit replacement, 6" fascia cap installation, installing new roof.

They were efficient, beyond courteous and paid close attention to detail. We would not hesitate to work with them again, nor to recommend them. For those who talk about the price difference, Medina Exterior's price was on par with another very reputable high-end company In the area with whom we also visited. In the past we had worked with another company which turned out to be a bitter disappointment. Dealing with that company and Medina Exteriors and Simply Distinct Kitchens & Baths was like comparing a tricycle to a Harley Davidson. With regard to the comment about a "consultation fee" - if you have been to any well-honed company, you would know this is how they all function. Why would anyone spend time, draw up specs, etc. for you to decide you don't want to do the job, or put it off for another year? The entire crew coming to view the project? It's fantastic. Each has questions about details and suggestions that you, yourself don't think of. When they leave, you feel that you've met with each professional that is going to be in your home working on your project. It's the formation of a good working relationship. AJ came out and listened to what we wanted, he took plenty of pictures and made notes. A few days later he got back to us with his quote. I tell ya, he was only $250.00 off of the other quotes we received. So, we were impressed with his pricing ability to be so close to our other quotes. Luckily for us, we went on vacation the day AJ & his team started the project. AJ kept us updated on how it was going throughout the project. We always knew what was going on and where we stood on scheduling. With our Century Home, the bathroom water lines & drains were corroded and clogged, the floor under the toilet was rotted, the bathtub walls, drains and mold was a major headache. Jackson remodeling fixed all of that. Now, I have NO issues with drinking tap water from the bathroom sink and the mold is gone due to the ceiling fan installation. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. We can't wait to have AJ and his team to come back and remodel our kitchen. I highly recommend these guys. UPDATE: The new shower head sprung a leak.
