If I could rate 0 stars I would. The rating is not based on the service itself it's their terrible communication. We've used this place 3 times to have our chimney cleaned. The last time was Oct'14. Coincidentally, after they came our chimney started leaking (as evidenced by the rust stain on the top of our woodburning insert). My wife and I have literally called them 7 times in the last 3 weeks to have them come out and look at the leak. They will schedule an appointment to come and look at it and they have been a no show each time. When I call back and ask why they didn't show they act like they have no idea why I'm calling or who I am. Really? After the 3rd no show last week I called them (and was very nice in spite of their pathetic lack of communication). I spoke with a woman by the name of Ida and explained the situation. She again acted like she had no idea what was going on (probably not acting). She then scheduled someone to come out yet again on 12/1. Because of the issues and previous multiple no shows I requested that she call Monday morning to confirm the appointment. Monday comes and goes and surprise, no call to confirm and no one shows up (my son was home to make sure the person could come in and look at the fireplace). I then call to ask why no one called and why no one showed yet again. The guy takes my number and PROMISES to call me back once he finds out what's going on. Can you guess what happens next? Surprise, surprise, Never got the promised call back. I send a rather nasty email to the corporate office (this is some shady franchise outfit) explaining the issue. Lo and behold, corporate office apparently forwards the email directly to the same shady franchise and I get a call back from Ida on 12/2 and she proceeds to argue with me about everything and anything. No 'I'm sorry', no 'we messed up', nothing but her telling me how it's my fault. When I asked why no one ever calls back and why she personally told me she would call to confirm, she finally says 'I'm sorry, but I talk to hundred of people'. REALLY?!?!? So you're a service company and your excuse for not calling me back and not showing up 3 times is that you talk to hundreds of people? STAY AWAY from this company.

He messaged me back within 30 minutes of sending the original message, even when he was working that day. He went over to my parents yard that evening and gave a real quote that was very reasonable. He already had a payment plan and structure given within the first couple of messages after the real estimate. He sent over the official quote, my parents approved and he got them on the schedule within the first week. Did a great job on the first week. He was also open to different plan options. Would recommend! There were many great options for lawn services in the area but he was very responsive and worked with what we needed for first time non-do it yourselfers as my parents are used to cutting their own lawn.

I contacted the owner, Anthony, initially on 3/14/2025 via email followed by multiple text messages in an effort to get him to assess the situation and determine how to resolve the issue. He acknowledged the issue and indicated his intention to repair the section; he was no show on two (2) scheduled appointments and failed to contact me to schedule the repair work or even assess the issue. I have not had any further communication from Land Pro Management since 5/25/2025. He also failed to respond to a complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau. Due to the unresponsiveness of Land Pro Management LLC in my multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I would not recommend this business for concrete work.
