The owner of this company is absolutely unhinged. She was at a local Dunkin Donuts (Ridge park sq) screaming and degrading the staff over a simple mistake. She then proceeded to turn on a customer who wasn't ever addressing her and start cussing her out. The owner then followed her outside and continued screaming at this woman. She especially made a point to bring up she was the owner of this company. I called the company and left a voicemail stating simply and respectfully that this behavior was so uncalled for and definitely not a good look for her business. I was called back by a woman, unsure if it was the same, who then proceeded to go into a complete tirade about how what I witnessed was none of my business and I didn't know what I was talking about. Even though I watched it all go down. The owner was disrespected and I should never call back again. My favorite part, was when the lady outside getting screamed at, wished the owner a Merry Christmas. Her response was F$#k you and your Christmas. read more

Jim came out and gave us an estimate that was very reasonable. The next day Marty came out and began working to remove crumbling mortar. He was very diligent and found areas that we had missed. He spent hours working by himself on a cold windy day and was then joined by several others who carefully began putting new mortar in. We were impressed and surprised by how all the men working were "putting their all" into their work. They did a great job and one of the young men, after a compliment, said they take their work seriously. What a great work ethic this company has. Of course we highly recommend this company and plan to have them back to redo another area that needs attention. read more

Jim and his crew are top-rate. We needed a chimney re-built on short notice ahead of a new roof and our roofer recommended Brick by Brick. I called and Jim made it happen - even in the middle of a very busy early spring season. While onsite, I had Jim look at two other trouble areas on our home. They had enough material to do the two additional repairs (and at a very fair price). The work looks fantastic and the crew did a great job cleaning up when everything was finished. Parma, Ohio Jim and his team were great. I asked them to come as soon as the weather broke and they showed up much sooner than I expected. I was thrilled. The work is excellent. My front steps never looked better. They matched the existing look, made some improvements and everything turned out great. His team was polite, punctual and skillful.
