He came out to our house for air duct cleaning gave us a bogus estimate over the phone for $450 to begin and then he dropped it to $350. The I found his company online through a made-up profile, he shows up at our house he talks a good game but he absolutely did not fix anything I actually had to take my furnace apart just to fix where he screwed up, he promises pictures of every vent before and after. I received two pictures that aren't even of the same vent and I don't even know if there ours. We told him prior that our landlord would be paying and that we would need an invoice. He agreed, then before he left he demanded we pay cash check or Zelle and told us he could not leave until he was paid! And he had the audacity to ask for a tip!! Luckily our maintenance guy had painted a lot of the things shut so I was able to tell after he left that he did not do three of our vents or the air return and we only had five!! This is a complete scam and please do not reach out to this man!! I thought he was just a smooth talker young kid trying to make some money and it turns out he is a complete scam and I guess it's a really common thing for this type of service because you do not need a license. HE EVEN QUOTED MY LANDLORD $6,000 TO REPAIR THE CHIMNEY CROWN OF A SLAB HOUSE THAT'S NOT EVEN WORTH $20,000.
