He tore up driveway, sidewalk and apron. His guy hit the water line. After that delay after delay. He miscalculated and then asked for thousands to finish the job. I says no he left the driveway tore up for 3wks. Had to hire attorney, get city involved, and job was completed by new contractor. DO NOT USE this guy he makes mistakes and want you to pay to fix them.

The whole experience was out of a "dream"--from the call and chat with the Office Staff--the concern about our being "older" and not going out to even shovel around the car--on the services, how they work their plow scheduling, rates, the billing procedure, that they sign their clients up for regular plow and asked when we would like them to automatically come when it snowed --(we chose 4 inches of snow on the ground)..and the office staff had even pulled a summer picture of our driveway from the county maps so the driver could "see" the driveway..and then another call back to let us know the truck and two men were on the way--in case they had to tow us out. Did a beautiful job on the plow---even making sure that we could get out of the drive before they left. Was very impressed with the whole "rescue", the courtesy of all we had contact with...wish we could give them more than a 5 star rating....Will certainly be using them for more than an emergency snow plow....as they also do complete landscaping, spring clean-up and much more. He messaged me back within 30 minutes of sending the original message, even when he was working that day. He went over to my parents yard that evening and gave a real quote that was very reasonable. He already had a payment plan and structure given within the first couple of messages after the real estimate. He sent over the official quote, my parents approved and he got them on the schedule within the first week. Did a great job on the first week. He was also open to different plan options. Would recommend! There were many great options for lawn services in the area but he was very responsive and worked with what we needed for first time non-do it yourselfers as my parents are used to cutting their own lawn.

On 9/30/2024 Land Pro Management LLC replaced a concrete sidewalk along the side of my house. In…read moreMarch 2025 after the snow melted, I noticed a significant crack in one of the sections of the sidewalk. I contacted the owner, Anthony, initially on 3/14/2025 via email followed by multiple text messages in an effort to get him to assess the situation and determine how to resolve the issue. He acknowledged the issue and indicated his intention to repair the section; he was no show on two (2) scheduled appointments and failed to contact me to schedule the repair work or even assess the issue. I have not had any further communication from Land Pro Management since 5/25/2025. He also failed to respond to a complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau. Due to the unresponsiveness of Land Pro Management LLC in my multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I would not recommend this business for concrete work.
