We chose Hart Masonry to correct the work done by another local waterproofing company. That…read morebusiness fixed the problem of water coming into our house but did nothing about our cracked basement wall, which only got worse over time to the point where the wall was in danger of collapsing. Despite the seriousness of that wall's condition, one or two other companies recommended wall anchor systems, which Brandon recognized would be insufficient to hold back a concrete block wall as deteriorated as ours. He also noted the insulation put around the base of our house by the previous company was meant for indoor use. We did make attempts to contact the company that did the original work, but it was murder trying to get them to respond. They finally did, but by that point we'd decided to go with Hart, even though the other company would've been less expensive. We just didn't trust that first company anymore. I'm glad we chose Hart because they did an excellent job. Brandon was very professional, letting us know what was involved each step of the way. They worked hard and fast and we finally have a great solid basement wall. I'd recommend Hart in an instant to anyone who needs waterproofing and foundation repair.

We had multiple companies out to quote the repair (big name companies that you see advertising everywhere). They all wanted to put band-aids on the problem, Hart Masonry was the only company that wanted to get to the heart of the issue and fix the entire basement so the foundation would be good for life. Most of the digging was done entirely by hand and the repair took 3 days less than originally expected which was a nice surprise. They were polite, efficient, willing to work around our schedule, and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Hart Masonry and Waterproofing to anyone that has basement structural or water issues.

Ryan was the lead on my project and they were a pleasure to work with. They were able to do the full roof replacement on my little house and some work on the detached garage all in one day (faster than expected). They replaced the chimney and vents with pieces that look a million times better. They went above and beyond in their work (craftsmanship, scope, and quality), and I can't spot one flaw. The team was so friendly and professional, and they get bonus points for being extra nice to my dog (they made her day). All that and they managed to stay in budget, and left the entire property spotless. You don't get that sort of performance without a great leader, so extra points for Eric and his management of both the work getting done and the clients. When I complimented him on this, he gave all the credit to the great crew, which is just another sign that he's a good leader. I was so nervous because I've heard so many roofer horror stories, but my experience is that there is at least one great one out there (Benedict). I'll be using them again in a few years for the garage and definitely will be recommending them in the meantime to anyone that I hear needs a good roofer!

You really had no idea roofers were there when they left for the evening accept for the organized materials left to resume the next day. When the job was completed, Bob made sure we were happy with the installation, and his team cleaned up SO WELL. I could not believe how clean everything was when they were done, and Bob took the time to look it over with us before he was the last one to leave the site. Also, Bob was able to inspect the whole roof for leaks and found a soft spot for us before it was a problem and replaced the wood. If you are looking for a reliable roofing company please call them for a quote. They are polite, professional and VERY down to earth. They do their jobs efficiently and correctly. I have been gloating about this company since my install, and hope to bring them more business with my honest review!!! Thank you Benedict Roofing!

Then claimed the apron had to be uniform with the front of the pad. NOT TRUE. That`s why it`s called an apron. I waisted 3000 dollars on that job. Not wide enough to park on; plus when the forms were removed, nothing was under the right rear of the pad bur AIR !!!,. To add insult to injury, the owner has one of his workers dump a bucket of gravel by the corner; plus the concrete there was only 2 '' thick. During the estimate, he pointed out numerous problems with the original installation and assured us that he would take good care of my mother and provide a quality driveway that would last. Unfortunately, less than two years later - close to a year - the surface of the new driveway is already showing widespread scaling/spalling throughout multiple sections. The attached photos show the condition of the concrete. When I contacted him about the issue, his response was simply that it was caused by a "bad batch of concrete." Ironically, that was the exact same explanation given by the contractor whose driveway he had criticized. No inspection was offered, no recommendations were provided, and no effort was made to help resolve the problem. I understand that issues can arise in construction projects. What disappointed me most was the lack of concern and the absence of any attempt to stand behind the work. After paying twice to have my mother's driveway done correctly, I expected a better outcome and a more professional response.
