He showed up to do the estimate at my property and provided an estimate via email. He said to secure him for the start date I needed him to start on, he needs a 50% security deposit of $1575. I've sent over via VENMO to @JayKazz with Kazz Handyman Services $1575 on 7/30/2025 at 2:35 pm for agreed work, but the work was never performed. Contractor is ignoring my request to return the funds. Clear breach of agreement and using VENMO for fraud. I know have to go through the process of writing to Venmo, Yelp, filing police reports, complaint to the state contractor board, BBB and small claims court just for $1575. I am doing this to make sure no one else has to experience this fraudulent act by Jared Kacsandi at Kazz Handyman Services.

What should have been a simple job turned into a complete nightmare :( During the work, John admitted he accidentally caused damage to an interior pipe and asked if he could create a hole in my interior dining room drywall to fix it. Of course I said no, had him stop work, and had a different plumber look at the damage. The new plumber confirmed the additional work that now needs to be done and gave me an estimate.
