I usually don't do this but here we go. This was by far the worst experience ever the communication with my service advisor was one hundred percent unacceptable. I was a service advisor at Kuni Honda and Kuni Lexus in Colorado years ago so I know how things are supposed to go and the experience I had here was not of that. Any time I tried to ask my service advisor questions about my vehicle he always tried to rush me off the phone and didn't keep me in the loop with much of anything. The machine shop that I took my truck to messed my motor up. I couldn't figure out why my truck would not start. So I sucked up my pride and took it to the dealership to have them figure out what was wrong with it. The machine shop made a mistake and owned up to it. I was also told the machine shop was covering my bill and once my truck was done I ended up getting the bill kinda weird right? Then to top it off my radiator and battery went missing they put a cheap battery in, like I wouldn't notice but Jason lilly took care of that and put a new AGM battery like the one that went missing in thank you for that. Then I noticed there was a charge for a battery, radiator, and radiator hose weird how am I paying for those items when they lost it? So I had them take that off. The dealership left my back window down, before my truck went in I did a full Denali interior . The back window was left down and the captain seat in the rear has mold now and there is mold all in my vehicle now and it smells very badly and anyone that knows me knows my vehicles always smell amazing. Also you would think some one paying 5k in cash for service, that was told another party was covering you. You would get the best of the best well no that was not the case my truck wasn't detailed it's super dirty now. My front bumper of my truck is paint matched and it's now scuffed and scratched up now, my interior is ruined truck is filthy. The trans cooler when it went in it was fine it's now cracked. Once I got home from driving it from the dealership yesterday my motor started leaking oil which had me wondering if anyone actually did an inspection I tried to do an inspection over my vehicle before leaving they didn't have the decency to bring my truck into the service lane I literally drove it from the back lot. I am a single father in the Marines and if this is how I was treated knowing about vehicles having a mechanic background and service advisor history. I can only imagine how a single mother is treated here with out the knowledge I have. The link to my YouTube channel is below of my truck. https://youtu.be/uzEBZXyDy8c

Bought a car from Jon Ski today and every step of the process was easy. Everyone we met at the dealership was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable without being fake or pushy. They give a lifetime powertrain warranty for the LIFE of your vehicle. And as a prego lady, I really appreciated that their bathrooms were very clean, as well as the rest of the offices. Very happy customer indeed.

I recently moved across the country and was in search of a vehicle once I arrived. I got in contact with Pat Brennan at Kurtis Chevrolet and he made sure I got my 2015 Colorado when I got in and at the price I wanted with more than I needed on the truck. This was the first time I felt that I paid to little for a vehicle.

Great maintenance and sales staff. They really are people easy to work with and make you apart of the process.

over 600$ to replace rear rotors and pads is ridiculous. 200$ for labor. wont be going back.

I was on vacation last week in Atlantic Beach and my Chevy Trax was having severe issues (my coil went bad).

The salesperson, Maleah, was great during my initial inquiry over the phone and when I arrived to take the vehicle for the test drive to an independent mechanic I'd selected using Google and Yelp reviews, located 15 minutes from the dealership location. I'd had the same make and model I'd purchased elsewhere in August of last year(I was rear ended and that car was totalled by the insurance company) so I'm very familiar with it). The car at Lookout looked and drove better than I'd hoped, but.... After it was inspected, I learned it had been driven 2000 miles between the current mileage at the time of inspection and the mileage listed in their ad that I'd responded to. At some point in between, the ECU had been scanned and it pulled a couple red flags(at best when the vehicle came into their possession when they performed the inspection they claimed to me they had done when they bought it) and at some point prior or after the dashboard warning lights about the ABS system had been reset so they no longer appeared. After an extensive discussion with the independent mechanic who performed the pre-purchase inspection, I was still willing to consider the vehicle but was advised to check and find out fron a Toyota dealer what was needed to repair the vehicle to ensure it would pass the NC inspection necessary to register it. The part is $1200 and with labor the repair cost would amount to over $2000. I went back to the delearship with apprehension to purchase it but was advised by the independent mechanic that everything other than the now known ABS issue should keep it in consideration. In good faith, I informed Maleah about the findings from the inspection. She returned with a man named John(who neither considered the findings from the inspection to adjust the selling price so I'd be accepting the responsibility or consequences of taking the vehicle as is nor suggested the necessary repairs be made by them to make the vehicle road worthy legally after state inspection). They were put on notice about the issue. Hopefully this review will ensure they correct it prior to selling the vehicle to someone else in had faith. This is the first bad review I've ever been compelled to share. I'm doing it with the hope that anyone considering the purchase of that vehicle(or any others offered for sale by Llokout) reconsider, especially without having an independent inspection performed elsewhere first.
