I made an appointment for a recall and was in and out in about a hour. Very professional service advisors.

Took my vehicle in for a transmission problem, they diagnosed the transmission malfunction. They serviced the transmission, and informed me that a transmission replacement was needed. They didn't bother to offer to fix the leaking transmission cover before returning it to me or at least inform me that it is actively leaking. Needless to say the service department is lacking. Don't buy from here if you plan to have them do the maintenance, I certainly won't buy from here. read more

Had called several Jeep dealers to replace my air bags in the several areas I travel in.I place bbb call to Mike Toler Dealership while I was on vacation and it was replaced the following day. So pleased with service offered there read more

Do not take your vehicle to this shop for service or repair. They will over charge you and the mechanics know how to make something else go bad to get you back for more charges... Don't do it. They are liars and thieves... read more

I had a great experience with the sales department! They were able to get me in the vehicle I wanted! They were kind and honest from the first contact I had with them. I've had my vehicle serviced there as well and they are great! The atmosphere is relaxed and warm. I was treated with respect and dignity, which is awesome after a horrid experience with Riverside! read more

Took an 05' Grand Cherokee with a "limp Mode" Transmission problem (code 0988) to them for diagnosis. They kept it overnight, and I paid them $107 for them to tell me it was definitely the Valve Body causing the fault(see attached pics), and they would be glad to replace it for $1400. Drove my Jeep home and ordered a New Mopar Valve body and installed it myself and guess what..........same exact problem, same exact code. Submitted another online request for service to try and get my moneys worth of FACTUAL information on this fault code, and they won't even call me back. I'm guessing no one in the service Dept can tell me what the ACTUAL problem is, or they realized I'm not giving them $1400 to throw the wrong parts at my problem. There is a fundamental issue and disservice when customers are terrified to take a non-warranty car to a DEALER for maintenance for fear of being overcharged. The Toler Service group add's to that PROBLEM with FALSE diagnosis and outrageous costs which in the end didn't repair my vehicle anyway. My visit was a total waste of time and money. If you have a Non-Warranty maintenance issue that requires a modicum of intellect to diagnose, Save yourself a headache and BYPASS Toler! Craig Collins USN CPO Retied read more

Great first experience bringing my new Jeep in for the first oil change. The dealership is very new looking & comfortable. I made an appointment & had to cancel, then made a same day appointment & was taken care of with no issues. The oil change took exactly how long they communicated. Being part of the JEEP WAVE program, my oil change & tire rotation was free! read more

Terrible Customer Service! Short and Simple! Walked into dealership around 5:45pm with people standing around the front desk. I asked could I please get air in my tires for my 2017 Dodge Durango and he said pull around back. He handed me the hose and told me to do it myself and left. As I am on my last tire, a female employee came out and said he made you do it yourself and I said yes, terrible customer service. She agreed and said he probably didn't know how to do it himself! I was taking my vehicle to them for oil changes etc but not anymore. I will drive to New Bern for now on. read more

I want to thank Mike Toler's and especially Zach in the service dept for handling my car repairs in such a courteous, professional, and honest way. They delivered everything they said they would. It was amazing. Thank you again!! read more

Be prepared to spend a long time at the dealership. I brought my Jeep in to get an oil change and have been here for over an hour.

I purchased a 2010 JKU with Factory Warranty remaining plus Extended Warranty for 5years 100k miles from Mike Toler Chrysler in Morehead City, NC. I find out today the Finance Manager, that is no longer with the company, sold me a 13 Month Warranty, not the 6 year 100K I expected.  I have an additional 34K miles on vehicle since purchase with a major service issue, and no Zurich Warranty Coverage. Dealer is claiming the warranty start date was retroactive when the original owner purchased the vehicle, 4+ years prior. Not cool.  Preparing to Contact Layer, Chrysler Jeep, Better Business Bureau, Social Media, and anyone else I can to make this well known.  Extremely Disappointed in Shady Business practices.  Rob KN4HCV@gmail.com read more

I worked with Larry on a service issue with my 18 Ram 2500. Took great care of me and provided excellent customer service. Quickly finding me a tech to listen to the issue and make a quick initial diagnosis, then quickly finding me a loaner car... I was in and out in no time. read more

Had a repair done in December, vehicle required a tow and what turned out to be the same repair only the part was called by a different name at the different garage, was it was determined that I was charged for parts that were not replaced and the repair had been left loose, now I'm $2300 into a $970 dollar job, Spoke with the service manager who claimed to secure a refund of $473 of the original failed repair, ok, it was like I was taking it out of his pocket for their Failed job, they stressed I should have brought it back to them, well at the time I was showing low oil pressure and afraid of blowing the motor plus my tow insurance went to nearest garage. A month and a half after Toler, Billy dropping off invoices for the refund and 7 calls with NO ONE EVER RETURNING A CALL , I get a call from the garage that they got a check for the parts but not the labor refund and Toler Claimed "Oh you didn't get that Already?" Really, you didn't know? Or You you only refunded the money you got back from the part supplier? So to this date 4/13/2020 the issue is unresolved. You Decide! read more

Second time we took are Jeep Cherokee here in last 2 years. Both for oil change & state inspection. In & out in 40 minutes. That's with a recall attached. Hats off to SERVICE DEPARTMENT. read more

Great transaction, and I say this as a guy that hates buying cars. Started transaction as a result of internet search. Very pleased with the web page on the auto. Clear pictures and a lot, good information, all that I needed to make a decision. From the time I sat down until I left the dealership, 1 hour and 56 minutes total time. Think about that and how long your last car buying deal took. Met and greeted by owner when we walked in the door. I found this very impressive. Dealership worked with me to make the deal happen. Great flexibility and innovation. Finance guy got me a loan at 2% less than my historically tried and true auto loan source. Everyone I dealt with was upfront and professional. I would recommend this dealership to my mother in law! Best car buying experience, ever. read more

Great dealership! Always immaculately clean both inside and outside the buildings. Service department is staffed with professionals. Service Manager is friendly and always is very thorough to investigate the issues I have had with my vehicles. He always follows through and keeps me informed. The sales team is also professional and friendly and treat you with respect and are great listeners. We bought two vehicles from Toler and will buy there again without hesitation! read more

Their service is average but thorough. Last time they changed my oil they either cross threaded the plug or used an impact wrench. I went to change it and could not remove the plug with a socket and bar, nor with the cordless impact driver. They changed and said they had no problem. read more

Brought my truck in to Mike Toller to have a key fob programed. I brought in a blank key fob that was given to me by the car lot I had bought my truck from they said up front that it may not work and quoted me $65 to program the blank fob. It didn't so no big deal. They looked if they could find a fob that would work, they found one. $175 for the fob $65 to program and 35$ to cut the emergency key. They did offer 10% off. I declined and was surprised with the lady behind the desk asked for $65. I asked why. She said ,"for key programming." I reminded her that the key didn't programming didn't work. She added, " we tried didn't we." She refused to give me my keys to my truck until I paid. i reluctantly paid the "key return fee" and left. Not going to insult people who probably just doing what the boss says. I'm just saying get everything in writing and make sure they are clear on everything that everyone says. I may be in the wrong but I think holding people's keys until they pay for a service they really didn't provide is a bit low rent. read more

Worst service experience EVER!!!!!! After the 1st trip to the dealer for new brakes and recommended fluid line flush for $1200- the brake calipers went bad w/in 3 days- causing the need for new brakes, rotors & calipers $880- the wrong brake pads came in & my jeep wasn't fixed on time!! (& not communicated ito me until I called) When I picked it up there is a TERRIBLE pull to the left- had the service manager drive it & of course says he didn't feel it - 4 trips to the dealership & my car isn't fixed properly!! This is the second time I have had the WRONG parts come in causing repair delays. I DO NOT recommend service here - I would travel 1.5 hours to get my repairs done here-- Not Anymore- Very Dissatisfied! read more
