We went to Mavis because my husband was hearing noises near his wheels. Mavis quoted us $2700 to replace the upper and lower control arms because they said they were bad. We went to c-side for a second opinion and they said it was the wheel bearings on the passenger side. C-side saved us money and also addressed the real issue instead of up-charging us. I highly recommend going to them and anytime I have issues in the future I will be going to them.

C-Side Auto took great care of my car, gave me a discount when my bill came in higher than expected, and provided excellent service from start to finish. The free diagnostic was a huge plus as well. It's not safe for women here since they don't respect or protect women here either. If you're husband or boyfriend recommends this place, it's because they get along (the company you keep) not because they are going to provide the same experience for you.Only if you're "something nice to look at". Otherwise, they only provide temporary, duct tape, chewing gum repairs anyway just for you to turn around and have to shovel out more money again, which they will happily take of course. Especially, if you have a foreign car brand. Do not bring your high value foreign cars here, they will take advantage of you to fix and service them. Besides that, they seem to be overworked, exhausted, and like they don't take care of themselves, they are very difficult to get in contact with in a timely manner, they can't give you accurate times of fixing your car or when the service on your car will be done, and their lack of presence and communication seems like they are about to go out of business and shut down soon anyway. I wouldn't be surprised from the way they handle their business so unprofessionally. I do not reccomend this autoshop at all. Take your cars and business elswhere!

They charged an exorbitant amount to replace my alternator and battery (battery was 2 months old)…read moreand on top of that did not tighten the alternator enough. I was able to wiggle the alternator by hand, which caused the belt to slip and unstable voltage. This triggered multiple codes including O2 sensor heater codes. Once I tightened it myself, some of the codes went away. Still feeling with residual electrical problems from that. Bad business these guys. STAY AWAY!
