In addition, my wife and I made an unusual request regarding payment. We applied for and were approved to receive a 21-month 0% APR CC with Chase that would allow us to cover the repair interest free. When I explained the situation to the Accounting department, they were kind enough to defer payment until we receive the CC from the bank. All around excellent service during a very trying time. Allen then said he was going to be dropping off materials and equipment for the job and would have everything done in a week. He dropped off some equipment and a month would go by then it was the run around again until finally it was the second winter and it started to rain. Instead of building the wall I paid for he brought big cement blocks and lined them up on the side of my driveway where the side of the hill was sliding away. It was a mess! The side of the hill slid away and pushed the blocks down my driveway blocking the road and blocking my vehicles from leaving my driveway. Allen refused to help and I ended up hiring someone else to move over 30 giant cement blocks that I no use for and because the erosion had gotten so bad the county made me hire an engineer to design a wall I bearly could afford. It was my previous experience dealing with Pipe-Thru Trenchless when they replaced my rusted out galvanized pipe feeding my landscaping system on the other side of my driveway. The first bid I got proposed digging a big trench through my driveway. Jose and his team got the job done in literally a couple hours and left without a trace.
