Of the three, Carlos was the ONLY one who kept his appointment and returned a bid quickly. After receiving his bid, we pondered the idea of a pool renovation instead of demo. Carlos had followed up with us and inquiring if we wanted to move forward with the demo. I had mentioned to Carlos we were now entertaining the idea of a renovation. He was understanding and asked us to contact him if we made a decision to go the demo route. This past week, Carlos followed up with us. Although we had decided days before to go with the pool renovation, I was very impressed with Carlos, his responsiveness, and his customer service. Although we can't speak to the actual demolition experience, I can say Carlos and his company deserves high regards for what has been previously mentioned.

His bid covered most thoroughly for material and labor and the price was very reasonable. on the day of the estimate, Carlos took his time to answer my questions, show me pictures and videos of the jobs he had done, which was helpful to me, being a visual person. I had to go back and forth with Carlos with questions and answer. He was prompt in responding and straight to the point when explaining things to me. He and his team did a great job in the sewer replacement. They came early on the days of the job and work diligently to complete the work. It was a pretty extensive job, digging two holes, one on the street, one on my property, then SDR 17 pipe was pulled from my property to the main. The Seaside city required the work to include paving the street with 20 ft by 10 ft asphalts to covered the hole on the street. That had took the whole day, but it was beautifully done. The material and amount of work required was actually more than the estimate, but Carlos stuck with the price of the bid. I really appreciate Carlos work ethic. I had worked with several contractors and they had all charged me additional cost on top of the bids. I would recommand Carlos for his professionalism, great communication and honesty.

David spent the weekend tilling the entire backyard, removing the existing layer of weeds, and grading and leveling the area to improve drainage when it rains and properly prepare the ground for sod. He handled the entire project himself and was hardworking, thorough, and professional from start to finish. We were really impressed with the amount of work he accomplished and the care he put into making sure the yard was properly prepared. The difference is incredible, and we now have a clean, level foundation ready for the next stage of our backyard transformation. We're very happy with David's work and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing excavation, grading, or yard preparation. There was…read morea French Drain behind the cottage that had failed, allowing water to seep into the crawlspace and create some mold issues. Adam came out, assessed the situation and came up with a plan that wouldn't drain our bank account. He and his crew dug a new French Drain, installed a water barrier on the concrete wall, then installed a 'catch basin' outside which captured the water from the French Drain to take it off the property via yet another drainage system. In addition, they installed a sump pump and drain under the cottage so that if any subsurface water rose up, it would be drained off as well. That was seven years ago and everything is still working as anticipated. Adam and his crew are amazing and their work ethic is among the best we've ever encountered. His attention to detail is second to none and we find ourselves recommending him and his crew to others all the time.

Ned, who ran the crew, scoped everything out, checked with my neighbors, and had to take a couple sections of fence out as it was in between 2 properties. He communicated with both of us and let us know what was gonna happen. They de-limbed the tree, took the tree out and ground the stump out. They were the only company to bid taking out the tree, utilizing the wood, selling it to big Creek and in return taking that portion of money off my bill. All of the other companies were going to grind the tree, which seemed like a waste to me. They cleaned up the yard on both my neighbors side and my side, even doing a little bit of landscape on the neighbor side to make it look nice putting everything back to better than it was.
