There are four points of contact in the bathroom and every single item(shower, toilet,sink and tub) component proved to be problematic. This is after an extensive consultation and detailed outline of the entire project. Every time he opened a box, he said "I didn't know you had a tub, shower head, faucet, toilet like this". I had to pay for retile and labor for incorrect drain placement and item returns. Every time something was done incorrectly, his response was "that can be fixed". All of which included stocking and shipping fees because of his incompetence. The upside to all of the $10,000 in additional cost we incurred because of him was we found an EXCELLENT plumbing company.
