The bottom line is, they did a great job and worked much harder than I asked them to, since the carpet was in bad shape and I didn't expect much. In fact, they got out practically all the stains, which I didn't expect them to do. They were efficient and friendly, and they stuck to their estimate! After seeing all the time and effort they put in, I fully expected to be charged up to double, but they asked for the original amount even after I offered more (so I increased my tip). Unfortunately, as much as I love Eric, I have to update my review here…read more As I mentioned before, these guys are not the most punctual. 10, 15, even 20 minutes late here and there is generally okay with me, no worries. It's annoying, but whatever. I scheduled a 11:30am appointment several days in advance (wanted 11:00, but said 11:30 would work). At noon I had to text and ask what was up. Said they were on the way. By 12:30 I absolutely had to reschedule, I had another appointment. Maybe its just the lawyer in me, but I just don't understand how you can run a business without being punctual. On what earth is it okay to show up an hour or more after an appointment, with no warning, heads up or anything! Especially when I always tip so generously and am a repeated customer Like, what if I had a party planned and people were coming over at a certain time? I mean shit, then I'd actually have to clean myself (ha, ha..)! That's generally the only reason I get these guys, but luckily that wasn't the case this time. Anyway, this combined with the fact they're generally late pushed me to write an update. Eric obviously felt really bad about it and was texting me lots apologizing afterwards, and I'll probably still go to them again because they're great and are very reasonable, but man. Not cool.

In the morning I get a message saying he wants to reschedule for 10:15 to which I agreed. Around 9:30 I get another message saying "found another people, thank you!" I cannot fathom how someone so irresponsible is still in business.
