The process was efficient to schedule, they delivered on time as planned, and they are reasonably priced. Great service.

Eco Box Recycling is so convenient to use. This was our second time using Eco Box Recycling for our annual company cleanout, and we were just as impressed this time as the last. We appreciated that Eco Box Recycling made it easy to get rid of large amounts of waste quickly and efficiently. The dumpster was delivered on time and to the location we requested, which we coned off. Also, the dumpster was picked up on time and without any issues. Very happy with our experience with Eco Box Recycling. The ordering process was easy, the delivery and pickup were on time with good communication over text message, and the pricing was competitive. Feels good to have our space back. Would highly recommend Eco Box Recycling. read more

These guys are great! I've used them 3 time now for household clean outs. They're easy to communicate with and their prices are essentially the same or less than companies that don't recycle. Thank you Eco Box! read more

A word of advice before anyone decides to do business with this company. READ THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS!! Don't want to pay for a Garbage/Junk bin and not be allowed to throw garbage or junk in the container. Different bins are allowed certain things only, otherwise get charged substantially more then the upfront cost. Believe was done intentionally to confuse and exploit the customers for cash. Not allowed to throw dirt in some bin, no food waste in others, while other bins you can't throw wood , but dirt is okay, but no shrubs and leaves, no electronics in certain bins but but wood is okay, no paint in some bins but electronics are okay but wood is bad, while dirt is okay. .... Get the picture? Left with no choice but to rent a container for each things. Rent a container just for dirt a container just for appliances, and another container just for shrubs etc. LMAO!! read more

After checking with several dumpster rental companies, I selected Eco-Box. Everyone we worked with were wonderful. I was especially grateful that they were willing to take cash because we are in the process of closing on our new home, and were encouraged to avoid using credit cards for a few weeks. The box was delivered and picked up promptly and there were no additional charges. Our cash deposit was returned the next morning. I highly recommend Eco-Box to anyone needing to discard a large amount of materials. read more

Eco Box is the Rolls Royce in hauling services needs. Try them out, and you will be very pleased with their level of customer service. I needed a dumpster for a yard cleanup, and I needed it fast. I called Eco Box, spoke to Bernie (the owner) got an estimate, and was scheduled for a delivery. It was a piece of cake if you will. Bernie is helpful with answering questions, and was accommodating with my schedule. Drop off and pick up were a breeze! All I did was fill up the Eco Box, and left it for them to pick up! So much easier than going to the dump, or having to fill a gazillion lawn/leaf bags. I shall definitely recommend them, and use them in the future. Thank you Bernie and the Eco Box squad! read more

Tony at Eco Box Recycling is easy to work with and his drivers are solid as well. I asked for the box to be put on the lawn and the driver double checked with me to tell me what could happen at pickup. I was fine with it and he didn't have to check but appreciate he did. I was scheduled to have the box from Friday to Thursday but realized on Saturday I would be done and ready for pickup on Monday. I called Tony Saturday afternoon and by Monday at 830 AM the box was gone. read more

Eco Box Recycling rentals was super easy and available to get us a dumpster on such short notice! The scheduler was helpful and easy to set up a drop off date/time (didn't catch the name). But Matt is the best! He met more than one of our accomodations. For instance we needed an extension on our dumpster and Matt made it easy and painless in setting us up with a few extra days! Plus we needed our dumpster to be picked up early and Matt didn't even wait to make sure we were the first to be picked up. Overall easy set up, drop off, pick up. Would recommend for decluttering, remodeling, etc! read more

Very nice people here. They gave us a deal on a second container after realizing our first one was not enough space.

Thank you Jonathan, Cobber, Omar, Mikey, and *cough* Angelo *cough* later comer*cough* for helping my family out today. This morning I ordered a 20 cubic yard debris box to discard my old kitchen and tons of construction trash. The ordering process was very much straight forward: 1. Visit the website for the container size. Look at your trash and do the math. 2. Placed my order over the phone with Melissa. 3. The next morning, they delivered the debris box (the driver was very friendly). 4. We filled the debris box. I love breaking my old kitchen into pieces. 5. And now they are scheduled to pick up next week. Pointers: 1. Make sure you have a good idea on how much trash you're discarding. This is ideal for homeowners that are working on remodeling and construction. 2. Stage all your trash the day before. This makes it easier to round up your family and friends to load up the box. Good old fashion family bonding! 3. Spring cleaning. I found myself discarding other items around the house and yard. Now it feels good to have so much open spaces. Cost: $330.00 for 20 cubic yard debris box. They will leave the box in front of your house for a week (you can request for early pick-up). Major Advice: After filling your debris box, I would suggest you request an early pick up. There are numerous dumpster divers digging through your crap and idiots driving around adding their own personal trash into your box. Highlights: After this mornings workout, we ventured to Thai Lovers for lunch! Two orders of deep fried coconut shrimp! Yum! read more

This couldn't have been a better experience for me. I ordered a giant dumpster, changed the date twice, and the dumpster still managed to show up when I needed it. The driver was super nice and put it exactly where I asked. I just called today to keep it a little longer and the response was "no problem, we'll see you on Monday." Bernie, Tony and Matt were all amazing and I highly recommend this place for all your dumping needs. read more

Eco Box is the best hauler in San Jose and I will continue to use them for all my dumpster needs. I'm a Realtor and I would say that 75% of the time, clients (sellers) need dumpsters prior to their move to clean out their homes, garages, etc ... When I receive excellent customer service, and 5 star service, I want to tell the world about the provider. I feel like I'm the only customer that Eco Box has that is how great their service is. They respond quickly, they deliver when they say that they will, and pick up as planned. Tony Viera, the owner is super friendly and if he's in the neighborhood, he'll stop by to check in to see how things are going. I've never received such great service. Pricing is comparable to the other dumpster services out there, PLUS, they recycle!! Great job Eco Box!! Keep up the good work read more

A great experience. Although throwing out debris is hard work, paying for and dealing with organizing it is a more of a pain. Eco-Box made it easy, even got the bin to us a one day early. The price was fair, and customer service was great. We'd def use them again in the future. read more

I had no idea where to start and what to look for when shopping for a dumpster rental; there were so many options! I turned to Yelp, and found Eco Box, and decided to give them a I call. I spoke with Bernie, and he was so helpful and professional, and answered all of my questions and concerns. I am so pleased with the service I received from start to finish. The pick up and delivery was easy and straight forward. It pretty much went like this: they dropped off the Eco Box, I and many friends and family helped me fill said box, and Bernie and his crew hauled it away a few days later after I was finished with it. Easy peasy. No added fees, and no trip to the dump. I highly recommend using Eco Box for any dumpster services you need. I will definitely use them in the future! read more

My neighbor hired a local landscaping company to demo and remove a patio and brick bbq. They used Eco Box Recycling. When the driver arrived to remove their curbside box, I heard the vehicle backing up and a loud "crack"! The Eco Box truck had struck a 10 inch diameter branch of our 25 year old Camphor tree at the curb strip, leaving a deep gash. My neighbor who saw and also heard the crack, told me that the Eco Box driver got out, looked at the damage to the tree from the truck's over the cab exhaust then exclaimed "oh shit!" I spoke with the driver to let him know the tree was hit and damaged. He said the tree is not damaged. I showed him the damaged branch to which he waved his hand, which I interpreted as sign to go away. I attempted to speak further with the driver. He was uncooperative and unapologetic. I asked for his name to which he replied "I don't have to provide it". I requested his managers name. He was silent. I requested his companies phone number and he pointed to the door of the truck. Now my neighbor and his wife, and my wife are standing in the driveway watching the driver winch the box onto the truck and drive off. I called the number from the truck, but no answer. I called the number on the Eco Box and spoke with Bernie who requested pictures be texted to him. Within minutes of receiving the pictures, Bernie called to apologize. The moral of this story: Accidents happen. What is done after an accident or mistake is what counts. 5 stars for Bernie 0 stars for their representative- the Driver. I hope this is used as a teaching moment. read more

This is the 2nd time I've used Eco Box Recycling. Wow! Professional, polite, and prompt. Dropping off the box this morning, it was inadvertently put on the wrong side of the driveway. Calling to get it repositioned was a breeze. A real person answered the phone. He called the driver right away, who came back to the house within 5 minutes. The driver was so nice friendly, and polite, and fixed the positioning immediately. I really liked them the first time we used them. Now, no question, we will always use them. Eco Box is by far the best dumpster company in San Jose. I'm very pleased with their excellent customer service and professionalism. The process is easy and stress free every time. I place the order and the dumpster is usually delivered/picked up within 24 hours. Tony and Matt make sure to do whatever it takes to accommodate our schedule. Grateful to have found them. Our neighborhood association rented 2 40 cu ECOBOX dumpsters for a neighborhood dumpster day. I spoke and made arrangements with Matt. I was alerted to the materials that were allowed, not allowed, & those that would incur a fee to dump. The dumpsters were delivered clean (!) by time promised by very nice drivers who dropped them where requested. We kept the dumpsters overnight with only one person chugging a huge desk over the top of one dumpster...(even when locked up- strong neighbors!!). The dumpsters were picked up as promised the next morning. We plan to have another dumpster day in August and I will be calling on ECOBOX to reserve their dumpsters again. Superb customer service and on-time delivery and pick up. read more

We rented 2x 20 yard debris boxes this past fall when helping my in-laws declutter 25 years of stuff in their garage/house before selling their place. Very easy to place the order online, the truck came on time and dropped off the box - you get 7 days to fill it. Once it's full/the time is up, they come out and pick it up - no muss, no fuss. They don't tack on any extra fees/etc. - dropoff/pickup/disposal is all included, as long as you don't ignore the clearly marked rules (i.e. no tires/wet trash/etc.). All-in-all, a reliable place to get a dumpster for a fair, all-inclusive price - perfect for clutter cleaning/remodels/etc. read more

Whenever ordering a dumpster I always order from Eco and I highly recommend them, they have different sizes depending on what your needs are. They are friendly, and professional, I've priced around and I feel like they are pretty fair compared to others, & from my experience they've been really good about being able to get a dumpster out pretty quick sometimes the very next day, you fill it up over the next week and they come & haul it away! read more

Who would've thought that a dumping company would have such amazing customer service? Eco Box has excellent customer service. My husband ordered our dumpster and they delivered it right on time, as scheduled. Every time my husband called for a question or calling on a weekend and after hours, they would call him back with all questions answered. He called and left a message on a Sunday evening and he got a call back with an answer. They even accommodated us with extending the dumpster for a few extra days. They came on time again to pick up the box. We got ours for $595 cuz we needed a bigger box. Prices are reasonable and listed on their website. No hidden or extra fees. I would use Eco Box again and recommend them to all my family and friends. Call to order your green Eco Box! read more
