I'm in love with the winter melon milk tea!!! The Thai milk tea is good as well. I like the atmosphere and it is nice and clean.

To start off with, I am not lactose intolerant. Having said that, after drinking tea from here I can say that it has made me extremely bloated, and I definitely think its the actual ingredients they use for the milk which throws the drink off. I do not recommend this place. Overpriced for low quality I usually do not have much to say about a food/drink place because I remain neutral. Out of all the tea places near clear lake, this is my favorite. I've come here multiple times & every time my drink was good & quality control was the same, compared to competitors in the area. The bubble selection is good & I love the herbal & fig jelly. My favorite drink is the wintermelon tea with herbal jelly. The only thing I don't like about this place is that it echoes loudly inside & the rewards system requires you to add money to your account. Wish they had a punch card system instead. read more

They do not have almond milk or coconut milk as a milk replacement. Came here a few years ago asking for the same thing & its disappointing to see they still haven't got something as simple as that. I was surprised to hear that a Kung Fu Tea opened up near the bay area and I just had to check it out. The interior is very nice and simple with workers giving 100% in customer satisfaction. The downside of the place is that the drinks are really sweet compared to the one down in Bellaire. That will be one of the things to look out for when ordering, but other than that I believe this will be my go to boba place whenever I'm in the area. read more

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff and management are extremely kind and their drinks are always on point! I will say though that they use lactaid milk and dairy free powered milk so if you stomach can't handle that I suggest getting something that isn't milk based. I am personally lactose intolerant but can handle the lactaid milk, I know everyone is different so keep that in mind when ordering. Just a heads up :) read more

I have been to most of the KFT spots around Houston and they are all relatively the same as far as quality. This location is no different and you can expect good service and quality. I got the oolong milk tea and like most people have mentioned it is a little more on the sweet side, but still good. I tend to like my drinks a little more sweet so it works out for me. The boba is surprisingly good for only been open a couple of months. Sometimes it takes the employees some time to figure out how to make them but here they were very good and had the right amount of softness and chewiness to them. This young Asian lady with blonde hair was giving us attitudes the moment we walked up the counter to order. This is my new favorite place to get tea. This place is new and very popular. Their Kung Fu green tea is the best green tea around. It is a really nice place to meet up with friends, have a quality tea, and catch up on whats been going on. Favorite go to milk tea location. The staff is super friendly and helpful with suggestions on mixing different teas together or giving their honest opinion. Came to check out the Grand opening. The green tea had just the right amount of sweetness(you can dial down the sugar and ice levels depending on your preference). I am sad to write this review as a loyal kung fu tea goer but this location was disappointing for me. The teas were not as well made as others I have had at other locations. This location just opened so I would like to think maybe this was part of working out the bumps. Overall still a great boba spot especially since there isn't really one in the bay brook area. Went here with my family for Father's Day. I was truly amazed. The Coffee Milk Tea was amazing. My kids enjoyed the Strawberry Milk Slush. However I wish there was more seating. But probably good that there isn't because I would likely sit there long enough to drink several drinks. read more
