    Coffee Milk Tea
    Tara B.

This was a convenient location to my errands and looking for something to drink. The staff was friendly and they have lots of options to pick from. I had the coffee tea and boba and it didn't have a strong coffee flavor to it. Not sure if it was just that day or if that is just how it is, but I wasn't impressed with it. The store has that in and out fell to it, meaning people don't stay once they get their order. Which given the location and mall proximity makes some sense. They do have a few tables if you want to sir down, but it's just not the vibe for it. I'd back in the area and needing a drink I'll try again, but not someplace I'll specifically adventure too

Went here I think 3 times total; we didn't like it the first 2 times, but went a 3rd time for the princess peach promo. Their base tea has a weird, sweet taste. I would say it tastes like the leftover milk in your bowl after you eat fruit loops cereal. Like really artificial. The boba itself wasn't great, I think either too hard or too soft. Inconsistent. The shape of their cups (franchise) also makes me feel like I'm getting less oz than other places. They were also out of a lot of ingredients, but only told us after we ordered. I think the 2nd time we went, I had to get my drink remade cuz they made a mistake. The princess peach promo was cool though! We got a mini canvas tote bag and a crown straw topper.

I've come here a few times and the most recent time I got three drinks to bring to friends. The door is kind of hard for me to open so when I was leaving, the door hit my arm that was holding the drinks and I dropped them on the floor. One drink's lid opened up and spilled. I walked back in the store asking for paper towels to clean up and the worker told me he would make me a whole new one! I felt so relieved and also so embarrassed but the worker was so understanding! I really appreciate his customer service. The store has a lot of photo op opportunities too which is pretty cool!

My bf & I are still on a mission to find "our" spot for bubble tea. So when we were in the area & saw this place we had to try. I saw the specials menu & the white grape slush caught my eye. Went to the counter & was told they were out. I was pretty bummed as I then quickly had to look over the menu again. I went with the mango snow slush & added boba. It tasted like mango & milk, which was very tasty. I like that they let you pick your size & sweetness. Boba was a good consistency. I'll be back.

So glad that there's a new milk tea shop near me. I saw a previous review mentioning how much better it is than Braganza and Bobablastic and I 100% agree. The drinks aren't too sweet and they're packed with flavor. My partner and I got the wintermelon milk tea with cheese cap and the herbal jelly 'milk strike' with boba. You can customize sweetness and ice level and both were delicious. The crew working there are also nice and friendly and are happy to give drink advice if you have questions.

Service was quick although not very friendly (no greeting, smile, eye contact nothing, looked like he hated being there) . Teas were pretty good overall. I had a taro milk tea with coffee boba which was a pretty good combo.

I had the black milk tea, my husband had the black milk tea with boba and a milk top. The tea is it only delicious and floral, but the boba are perfectly cooked, no hard spots and they didn't stick to each other, the milk top had a delightful saltiness. The service was friendly and fast. The ambience is nice and clean. Will definitely be returning.

My husband and I love Kung fu tea and we usually have to drive all the way to Hillsboro to get it. I'm so happy that they open one in Vancouver. I decided to try and it tasted exactly like other locations. I usually order via DoorDash and they are pretty consistent. I love tea so my favorites are KF green milk tea and winter melon tea with cream milk cap. Green tea has a nice favor of jasmine. I like boba in here the most. It is so soft and I like how they soak it in sugar. My husband likes slushy ones. He usually gets the mango slush with mango jelly.

Honestly, I don't know why I keep coming back here because they screw up my order every damn time. I try to get a passion fruit iced tea and they give me mango. I go back a different day and order a passion fruit iced tea again and they make a peach tea! I tried again today to get the passion fruit iced tea and they give me just regular green tea tonight. We ordered a matcha slush and the Asian girl working added extra matcha, which we never ask for and didn't order extras. This is prob the 6th or 7th time we've been here where they screw up the order. These kids working need to pay more attention to what customers are ordering or maybe hire people who actually care about their job. The service is also slow every time we've been in and it hasn't been busy, so I'm not sure what takes them so long to make our drinks or why they screw it up every time. Looks like we'll just take our business to Share Tea and Ding Tea because they seem to know how to take orders correctly.

I popped in on a weekday morning and it was bustling with people. The line wasn't long and I got helped quickly. The person taking my order was friendly and offered solid information comparing their chai to the London fog. He proceeded to ask me about my day and seem like he actually cared. I wasn't sticking around, but there were open tables. Things were clean. They also have plenty of room to sit outside if you'd like. There are pastries and some cold drinks in a case. There aren't a lot of gluten free options, but they did have one muffin I could have had. The drink preparation takes a bit of time. There were people already waiting and many of their drinks have special preparations (pour overs, steeping the tea). Have a minute to wait. I had the London Fog and the baristas advice held true. The flavor was worth the wait and I will surely go back. They roast their own coffee and make you feel welcome. Plus, there's a bookstore across the street. Love all around.

I honestly adore the interior just covered in plants and greenery; such an inviting little space. There was a line when we entered but it moved pretty quickly which was nice. The menu was so so so tempting and honestly, I wanted a breakfast burrito but knew there was no way I'd be able to finish it before we hiked so I went with a breakfast sandwich instead. I love the plethora of options they have for vegans/vegetarians and omnivores alike. I got my sandwich with egg, vegan sausage, cilantro aioli, and avocado - I was initially worried the aioli wouldn't be strong enough or flavorful enough but it was perfect. A very good breakfast sandwich, filling too! You can also get it on an english muffin or on ciabatta which is a nice swap depending on your mood. My friends tried the breakfast burritos, loved them but agreed portions were very generous. We also grabbed a couple scones -- the lemon poppyseed and the marionberry. They were the size of my head but I definitely get the hype around the marionberry scones; would inhale one daily if I could :P Coffee was good and sadly they were out of matcha the day we went so I guuuess we just have to go back to get it! There are plenty of tables of different sizes and seating for anything you need while staying at the cafe. I saw they had a seasonal flight and a coffee flight. Decided on the seasonal flight which is a collection of their seasonal drinks. Mine had 2 coffees and 2 matcha lattes: Creamsicle, Coconut Dream, Berry Delicious Matcha and Mango Breeze Matcha. Was also informed that I can switch out a matcha for another seasonal drink on the menu which was a passion fruit agua fresca or vice versa. My 2 favorite drinks from the flight were the Creamsicle and Mango Breeze Matcha. The Creamsicle was perfect, not too sweet. Subtle orange flavors with vanilla. You'd think this would be a very sweet latte but it actually wasn't. The coconut dream wasn't over the top sweet either but I'm not much of a coconut person. The mango breeze matcha was refreshing and I can imagine enjoying it on a hot day. Probably my least favorite was the berry delicious matcha. It felt overly jammy and much too sweet for my liking. I have to give major thanks to the employees who answered all my questions and were so patient with me and my friends since we were quite indecisive on what to get. It looks like they're known for their panela latte which sounded interesting as well. I didn't want to be overly caffeinated but would have tried their house flight if I had a longer stay which includes the panela latte.
