    Coffee Milk Tea
    Tara B.

This was a convenient location to my errands and looking for something to drink. The staff was friendly and they have lots of options to pick from. I had the coffee tea and boba and it didn't have a strong coffee flavor to it. Not sure if it was just that day or if that is just how it is, but I wasn't impressed with it. The store has that in and out fell to it, meaning people don't stay once they get their order. Which given the location and mall proximity makes some sense. They do have a few tables if you want to sir down, but it's just not the vibe for it. I'd back in the area and needing a drink I'll try again, but not someplace I'll specifically adventure too

Went here I think 3 times total; we didn't like it the first 2 times, but went a 3rd time for the princess peach promo. Their base tea has a weird, sweet taste. I would say it tastes like the leftover milk in your bowl after you eat fruit loops cereal. Like really artificial. The boba itself wasn't great, I think either too hard or too soft. Inconsistent. The shape of their cups (franchise) also makes me feel like I'm getting less oz than other places. They were also out of a lot of ingredients, but only told us after we ordered. I think the 2nd time we went, I had to get my drink remade cuz they made a mistake. The princess peach promo was cool though! We got a mini canvas tote bag and a crown straw topper.

I've come here a few times and the most recent time I got three drinks to bring to friends. The door is kind of hard for me to open so when I was leaving, the door hit my arm that was holding the drinks and I dropped them on the floor. One drink's lid opened up and spilled. I walked back in the store asking for paper towels to clean up and the worker told me he would make me a whole new one! I felt so relieved and also so embarrassed but the worker was so understanding! I really appreciate his customer service. The store has a lot of photo op opportunities too which is pretty cool!

My bf & I are still on a mission to find "our" spot for bubble tea. So when we were in the area & saw this place we had to try. I saw the specials menu & the white grape slush caught my eye. Went to the counter & was told they were out. I was pretty bummed as I then quickly had to look over the menu again. I went with the mango snow slush & added boba. It tasted like mango & milk, which was very tasty. I like that they let you pick your size & sweetness. Boba was a good consistency. I'll be back.

So glad that there's a new milk tea shop near me. I saw a previous review mentioning how much better it is than Braganza and Bobablastic and I 100% agree. The drinks aren't too sweet and they're packed with flavor. My partner and I got the wintermelon milk tea with cheese cap and the herbal jelly 'milk strike' with boba. You can customize sweetness and ice level and both were delicious. The crew working there are also nice and friendly and are happy to give drink advice if you have questions.

Service was quick although not very friendly (no greeting, smile, eye contact nothing, looked like he hated being there) . Teas were pretty good overall. I had a taro milk tea with coffee boba which was a pretty good combo.

I had the black milk tea, my husband had the black milk tea with boba and a milk top. The tea is it only delicious and floral, but the boba are perfectly cooked, no hard spots and they didn't stick to each other, the milk top had a delightful saltiness. The service was friendly and fast. The ambience is nice and clean. Will definitely be returning.

My husband and I love Kung fu tea and we usually have to drive all the way to Hillsboro to get it. I'm so happy that they open one in Vancouver. I decided to try and it tasted exactly like other locations. I usually order via DoorDash and they are pretty consistent. I love tea so my favorites are KF green milk tea and winter melon tea with cream milk cap. Green tea has a nice favor of jasmine. I like boba in here the most. It is so soft and I like how they soak it in sugar. My husband likes slushy ones. He usually gets the mango slush with mango jelly.

Honestly, I don't know why I keep coming back here because they screw up my order every damn time. I try to get a passion fruit iced tea and they give me mango. I go back a different day and order a passion fruit iced tea again and they make a peach tea! I tried again today to get the passion fruit iced tea and they give me just regular green tea tonight. We ordered a matcha slush and the Asian girl working added extra matcha, which we never ask for and didn't order extras. This is prob the 6th or 7th time we've been here where they screw up the order. These kids working need to pay more attention to what customers are ordering or maybe hire people who actually care about their job. The service is also slow every time we've been in and it hasn't been busy, so I'm not sure what takes them so long to make our drinks or why they screw it up every time. Looks like we'll just take our business to Share Tea and Ding Tea because they seem to know how to take orders correctly.

They have a lot of things- esquites (corn in a cup w/ cheese & mayo- so like elotes but in a cup), elotes, tamales (these might be seasonal, I'm not sure), fruit cups, hot cheetos with cheese, mangonada, fresca con crema, bionico, diablito, chamoyada, chicharron preparado, smoothies, crepes, etc. I haven't tried everything, in fact, I've only gotten their fruit cups with mango and tajin because I'm a creature of habit and it's an amazing, healthy snack on the go. Next time I venture into the mall I'll definitely try some of their other foods. My mom didn't know what tajin or chamoy was and wasn't sure how she'd like it on fruit. I tried to explain it because I'd eaten it a lot when I lived in California briefly- she's pretty open minded so she agreed to go in and check it out. The employees here were the absolute sweetest and prepared a little sample to let her try a bit of both before she committed. She ended up ordering a mixed fruit cup including watermelon, mango, and cucumber and chose the tajin. She loved it! This place is very spacious and clean looking. There's also pretty close to an entrance of the mall- right under the food court- so it's really convenient, even if you don't want to go into the mall at all! I hope this place stays open because I really love it and recommend it to everyone I know who lives in the area.

Late afternoon visit, so the hipster crowd had clearly skateboarded back to their respective creative labs. I had the place to myself. Prime auditing conditions. First impression? This place is built for volume. You can tell. Efficient layout. Assembly-line potential. If bowls were a factory sport, this would be a playoff team. Ordered the Home Grown. Took a quick bathroom break. Came back and -- boom -- bowl was already on the counter. FAST. And it looked elite. Then I saw it. A generous dollop of peanut butter at the top, sprinkled with hemp seeds. I almost got emotional. It felt like flying over your hometown after months away. Familiar. Safe. Right. First bite? Delicious. Smooth. Creamy. Almost like frozen yogurt or soft serve. Easy eating. Crowd-pleasing texture. And then... I looked up. Another bowl was being made. The açaí base was coming out of a soft-serve machine. As a purist, this one hurt. I want hand-scooped. Blender-blade symphony. Crafted, not dispensed. I had a small internal crisis. But here's the problem: I really enjoyed it. So now I'm torn between my values and my taste buds. Would I go back? Yes. Would I wrestle internally again? Also yes.
