KUNG FU Tea is my all time favorite tea place. I typically have a place for different drinks but kungfu is my go to place. Winter Melon green tea classic and Oolong Milk tea are my two favorites. Only thing I dislike about this location vs the one in Duluth is they don't serve food here. Besides that the service here is great. You'll be in and out within 5 minutes after placing your order. It's located in the Assi Supermarket plaza off of exit 109.

I have visited other Kung fu teas, but was grabbing dinner close by and decided to try this location. They were so busy on a Thursday evening. There were 5 other people in line. Luckily, I ordered online and didn't have to wait in line. I did get there earlier than expected and had to wait on the side. I didn't interact too much with them since they were so busy, but they did prepare my order in a timely manner after I told them my name. I tried their new espresso Thai tea for a BOGO deal they had that day. I love the Halloween cup it came in (cold) and the holiday one (hot). The Thai tea flavor was a bit subtle, but it was nice and smooth. I always forget that boba gets a bit soft in hot drinks and will forgo that next time. Solid bubble tea as usual. Until next time.

Very clean and welcoming interior. Stopped in for my fav...taro milk tea! Two young ladies greeted me ever so warmly. They love their jobs. That makes a difference. They quickly took my order and it was swiftly prepared. I haven't seen a King Fu Tea since I lived in Vegas. They are certainly making their way through the south. Visit when you get a chance. Why? Cuz ASH SAID IT! #ashsaidit

THE MOST PERFECT DRINK. I love getting the KFT milk tea with less sugar & ice with boba. It is my favorite drink ever and the warm boba is the perfect consistency and flavor. Rain or shine, cold or warm, this drink will never miss. Never had a mess up with this order!! Highly recommend!! This picture is from 5 minutes after getting the drink, didn't even leave the parking lot LOL

Similar experience here as we get at most other KFTs. We enjoyed our oolong milk teas, and staff was friendly.

My milk tea choices are pretty boring so I will save you from having to know my favorite. Kung Fu Tea makes legit drinks so if you need to hit your sweet tooth, drop in. This is a great location since it's near Assi and a number of restaurants, including So Gong Dong, my favorite place for soon dooboo.

This is probably my favorite Kung Fu Tea location. More spacious, cleaner, and the staff is friendly. This one is better maintained. Maybe because it's newer it feels a lot cleaner. They also have some board games/card games to play while you hang out. They also serve up and sell some Asian snacks. Also, saw they now sell a large variety of macaron flavors. Haven't tried any of the macarons so can't speak on that just yet. I have tried some of the famous Asian matcha snacks they sell here. Drinks are good. Their boba is fresh and tasty as well. You can adjust your sugar level and ice amount for your drink. You can also choose from a variety of topics. Definitely a legit bubble tea chain.

Great location! Easy to park and get in and out. Lots of drink choices made your way. Even chose your leaves of sweetness. The Kung Fu Milk Tea is just like a black milk tea. My son ordered the strawberry lemonade with aloe jelly which he loved. If you never had a bubble tea, they break it down into 3 steps to help you place your order. You just have to first decide if you want something fruity and if you want it milk based or juice base. We'll be back to try other flavors.

Ordered here today using Doordash, Not sure why drink taste like medicine, black tea don't taste nothing like a tea, tea couldnt from yesterday or day before. Luckily I shared with some milk tea as back up. Black tea is a simple tea but not sure why it taste a medicine. Disappointed on black tea. Other drink tasted fine.

This KFT is probably my favorite Kung Fu Tea in Atlanta. The Duluth one is always overcrowded with sometimes notoriously long waits, and I was so happy to hear they opened -- it was especially a delight when I was living in the Suwanee/Lawrenceville area. I always order ahead via the mobile app and it's perfect because it's usually always ready by the time I go and pick it up. I literally just grab and go. The thing I like about all KFTs are that the taste is always consistent. Never different, and I love the fact that they use lactaid milk. I'm not even lactose intolerant but it just shows that they try to be inclusive of all milk tea lovers. This location doesn't offer any snacks (vs. Duluth) but if I'm just picking up bubble tea, I will always choose this location over Duluth any day. My go to order is the honey oolong milk tea (70% sugar) with boba & nata jelly (or herbal jelly depending on my mood). People say I'm weird for putting nata jelly in my milk teas but it's just a personal preference. I occasionally get other drinks from here as well and I've never been disappointed with the quality.

The cashier is incredibly friendly and helpful. Milk tea I ordered is absolutely delicious. It becomes one of my to-go spots now!

One of my favorite cafes in Duluth! They have a big tea latte selection, which is so helpful…read more(because sometimes a girl just wants a tea and not a coffee, you know?) I've tried a variety of their drinks, and my go-to is the Strawberry Earl Grey latte. It's SO GOOD. Nothing is overly sweet, and the tea flavor really shines. My brother likes the mango matcha and my cousin always goes for the vanilla earl grey latte (coffee) or the pistachio latte. We also enjoy their sandwiches too. Would definitely recommend this place! They have a little punch card, where your 10th drink is free, and the owner is so nice! There's waves of people coming and going, but it's not constantly super packed like other places. It's not the biggest place, but you can find seating, and it's a nice place to get stuff done. I wish I could gatekeep this place, but I also want them to be successful. Go try them out!

Summary: Great coffee, calm study cafe, just a bitter experience due to the owner…read more Black Sesame Ice Cream Latte: Yummy!! Would order again in a heartbeat. It's a couple scoops of ice cream with espresso. Pumpkin Spiced Latte: Was good but nothing outstanding. Peanut Butter Cream Einspanner (Iced): Peanut butter cream was good, but once you mix the drink together the peanut flavor is lost. If you like the darker bolder coffee taste, this is a good one to try. Vibe: Music is always upbeat and peaceful, mostly a calm study cafe but some people grab and go. Service: On my first visit I was offered a stamp card. 10 stamps, and your next item is free. The owner is always there and is very welcoming and polite, but it's only for the sake of business. It's not genuine friendliness or care for customers. When I picked up my PSL, I immediately noticed the cup was too light. I ordered a large and there was at least 1.5 inches of space between the fill line and the rim of the cup. Why pay extra for a large if I'm getting served a small? Given that the drink was prepared by the cafe owner herself, I would have been embarrassed to serve a customer such a drink. My other complaint is that I'd visited 3 times in the past two weeks, sat in the cafe for at 3+ hours each time, and was in a rush to attend a important zoom meeting, and planned to order after my meeting was over. 30 mins in, I was actively speaking on the video call when the cafe owner interrupted me to say that I couldn't sit without ordering a drink. So many parts of me want to justify her behavior, maybe she's anxious about the cafe not making enough money - but given that she has seen me before and I was actively speaking - that rubbed me the wrong way. I was beginning to feel comfortable at the cafe but that moment made me hesitant to return. If this hadn't happened, I would have considered this a 5/5 star establishment and found a go-to study spot.

The Second Level / Upper Floor is reserved for if you are going to be ordering/dining in for the pastas and/or savory foods. I only tried their coffee today on the first level. I did go upstairs to check it out and did see a bunch of people upstairs just sitting and chilling on their laptops with their coffees/drinks; so they may not really enforce their "reserved for pasta dining only" rule. Not sure. Ambiance (First Level / First Floor) - clean, nice, laid-back, chill, cool environment. Casual setting. Cool architecture, design, layout, and decor. Can get loud inside as ceilings are high and can get echo-y, especially if there are alot of people. Also, there is music constantly playing in background. Service (First Level / First Floor) - customer service was quick and straightforward. They were nice and polite. A+. No complaints here. Coffee (First Level / First Floor) - tried their "Korean Iced Coffee" for $7.25. It was one size only and one price at $7.25. It was delicious. Almost similar tasting to a Vietnamese coffee in my opinion (both are delicious). That strong, brewed coffee flavor with this delicious milky, sweetened condensed milk taste. I am not exactly sure if they used sweetened condensed milk in the Korean iced coffee, but it sure does taste similar to it. It's quite good. Also had a "Large Hazelnut Hot Coffee" with creamer for $5.95. It was okay. Total with tax for the two drinks was $13.99. Keep in mind that the WiFi is on your receipt as a QR Code at the bottom. So if you want to use the WiFi, ask for the receipt and/or keep the receipt so that you can scan the QR Code in order to use the WiFi. There was no password on the receipt, only a QR Code that you need to scan. Overall - Yes I would recommend this place for a nice little coffee stop. Check it out for yourself. Enjoy!

I've been a regular at this café for a while, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing…read more I placed my order with the Asian woman at the counter -- who I later learned could be the owner -- paid for it, and waited. After 45 minutes with no update, I finally asked about my drink -- only to find out they had completely forgotten my order. Waiting 45 minutes for a simple drink is already unreasonable, but being blamed for bringing it up was even worse. They didn't offer a free drink or even bring the drink to my table after realizing the mistake. Instead of apologizing, the staff member (or the owner) who took my order walked away and ignored me. Another employee stepped in, apologized, and made the drink, leaving it nearby for me to pick up. About 30 minutes later, the original staff member(who could be the owner) approached me and, speaking quietly in Korean, told me it wasn't her responsibility to remember my order because I hadn't ordered any pastries. She also claimed their system prevented staff in the back from seeing orders--an excuse I later learned wasn't true. This means that all other staff don't know the order and still manage to fill the orders in the back when we place them. The way she spoke, switching to Korean and keeping her voice low, seemed intended to appear polite to others while implying that I should accept her illogical talking, while wasting my time there. I don't see the point that the owner is making that when she didn't apologize for her mistake, and instead deflected blame onto me while treating me like I was in poverty, since I didn't order pastries. Not everyone likes the old, stale pastries they have. But other workers are so understanding and great people, though. Overall, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I left feeling gaslit and disrespected despite being a loyal customer.
