I visited here cause there was a fan organized birthday gathering. I got a slice of creme brulee…read morecheese cake and a large kumquat lime green tea (less ice, 1/4 sugar, mixed tapioca pearls). The service was quick. Ordering was easy and done through online menu (with a qr code). Food was delicious. There was a good balance of sweet and sour. The drink was good. The sweetness from the cheesecake was not overpowering and complement the drink.

It has that sweet spot energy: not too busy, not too loud, and easy to settle into. The staff were genuinely kind and super accommodating, and the mobile QR ordering system made everything smooth. The drinks were solid. Not overly sweet, good toppings without skimping on the drink itself. The salt and pepper chicken was seasoned perfectly, which honestly had us hyped for the rest of the snacks. The deep fried squid was delicious with a squeeze of lemon, though it could've been crispier and a bit less greasy. The spicy popcorn shrimp wasn't very spicy and the pieces were on the smaller side. Overall, the snacks tasted good, but for about $11 a dish, we definitely wished the portions were bigger. If you're in the mood for a mid day bite, their weekday special from 12pm to 5pm is a steal: one drink and one snack from their selected menu for $14.88 plus tax. Perfect little treat-yourself moment.

Amidst the sea of bubble tea and beverage places in this huge plaza, The Alley is one of the…read morefamiliar chains to choose from. This location is rather small and cramped. Unfortunately, it was also very hot inside, no air conditioning to make it comfortable enough to stay to enjoy your order. The interior is starting to look a little tired, and the boxes on the floor and outdated posters don't help. Nonetheless, the staff was pretty cheery and explained some of the unfamiliar options. We went with the crispy tiramisu tea. The drink was very tasty, but there seemed to be a lot, a lot of boba taking up the container. We had to go outside of the store to get to a washroom, and a cool place to sit and enjoy our drinks. It's too bad because the aesthetic of this chain is usually much nicer and a better place to sit and finish your drinks.

With competitors like chatime, onezo, kung fu tea, your options are all there We ordered a rose oolong tea and a honey lemon tea. Service was ok but they got our order wrong, it was a one man show so we didn't bother correcting them on a Sunday night Both drinks were good for what they were even though the rose oolong tea was a milk tea Small location though more so grab n go, there's enough space to make a line and get out, two spots seating max it looks like Plenty of parking outside but it gets busy

Its a cute and quite atmosphere. Decor is modern rustic with an open concept. I wouldnt take a first date here as the entire place can hear your conversations. It gets busy on fridays and saturdays especially during the summer time.. lines can easly be out the door. Found myself waiting average 20-30 minutes sometimes. They also dont take orders by phone sadly. Remember to sign up to be a member! Its free and youll get your 11th drink for free!!

He said "Yes". while looking down and preparing a label/doing something for a takeout order. If a Customer is standing right in front of you, shouldn't you be taking their order, not putting a label on a drink? Anyway, cashier was just preoccupied doing something else and just walks away, saying that he'll be right back. When he finally comes back and scans my App, he says, "Oh, you haven't made a purchase recently...I can't give you a free drink. I can only give you a drink if you buy one now on the App. The bday drink is not for new customers." Wow. Just a waste of time, terrible customer service, and bad impression for someone who'll never be a regular customer of this chain. Terrible.
